In un&#8217;altra ciotola, schiaccia l&#8217;avocado e aggiungi <strong>succo di limone, sale o pepe macinato<\/strong> a piacere. In questo modo si otterr\u00e0 una bella crema verde. Poi puoi iniziare a preparare i panini per hamburger. Taglia i panini a met\u00e0 nel senso della lunghezza (puoi farli tostare in una padella).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A questo punto puoi iniziare a <strong>fare gli hamburger. <\/strong>Spalma la met\u00e0 inferiore con il <strong>condimento allo yogurt, <\/strong>la met\u00e0 superiore con la <strong>crema di avocado.<\/strong> Quindi, posiziona una manciata di <strong>rucola<\/strong> sul fondo, metti la carne sopra, poi qualche fetta di pomodoro, qualche anello di cipolla e copri con la parte superiore del panino spalmata con la crema di avocado. E il gioco \u00e8 fatto.
