Jedn\u00e1 se hlavn\u011b o \u0161patn\u00e9 dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla b\u011bhem sezen\u00ed. Studie hovo\u0159\u00ed i o <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm riziku vzniku kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f rakoviny, depresi, \u00fazkosti, \u00fanav\u011b, cukrovce nebo obezit\u011b<\/strong>. Asi nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba dod\u00e1vat, \u017ee nic z toho neposouv\u00e1 level hern\u00edho v\u00fdkonu a nedopl\u0148uje ani health bar.
