Ovaj poja\u010diva\u010d testosterona posebno je popularan me\u0111u sporta\u0161ima koji \u017eele izgraditi mi\u0161i\u0107e ili brinuti o svom reproduktivnom zdravlju. Akumulira se uglavnom u<strong> endokrinim \u017elijezdama<\/strong> (dio tijela u kojem se stvaraju hormoni) i <strong>mozgu<\/strong>, s kojim su povezane njezine glavne dobrobiti. Zapravo, najpoznatija je po svojoj uklju\u010denosti u <strong>proizvodnji hormona,<\/strong> bilo u mozgu ili drugdje u tijelu. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]<\/span><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:9px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoji i drugi oblik asparaginske kiseline, naime<strong> L-asparaginska kiselina.<\/strong> Me\u0111utim, nju tijelo koristi samo kao <strong>gradivni blok u formiranju mi\u0161i\u0107a,<\/strong> poput mnogih drugih aminokiselina. Me\u0111utim, istra\u017eivanje o D-asparaginskoj kiselini je daleko od toga da bi bilo zavr\u0161eno. Potrebna su dodatna istra\u017eivanja kako bi se to\u010dno shvatilo kako djeluje i za koja podru\u010dja zdravlja koristi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\" id=\"proizvodnja-spolnih-hormona\">1. Sudjeluje u stvaranju spolnih hormona<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U studijama se pokazalo da je temeljni u\u010dinak DAA njezino sudjelovanje u stvaranju <strong>spolnih hormona.<\/strong> Zapravo, obilno je ima upravo u dijelovima tijela gdje <strong>po\u010dinje njihova proizvodnja.<\/strong> Prije svega, to je <strong>hipotalamus<\/strong> (donji dio srednjeg mozga). Tamo se proizvode hormoni koji dodatno pospje\u0161uju <strong>stvaranje<\/strong> hormona u hipofizi (subkortikalna \u017elijezda). Oni na kraju poti\u010du stvaranje <strong>mu\u0161kih i \u017eenskih spolnih hormona<\/strong> (testosteron, estrogen).<mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"> [7,8]<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad bi bilo koji dio ove slagalice nedostajao, proizvodnja spolnih hormona bila bi prekinuta. Upravo je DAA koncentrirana na svakom od ovih klju\u010dnih mjesta, pa se \u010dini da igra va\u017enu ulogu u cijelom procesu. Istra\u017eiva\u010di isti\u010du da je uzimanje DAA u studijama pokazalo da dovodi do <strong>vi\u0161ih razina ovih hormona<\/strong>. Stoga bi mogla biti neophodna za njihov nastanak i za plodnost, rast mi\u0161i\u0107a ili sazrijevanje jajne stanice kod \u017eena, \u0161to je posljedica spolnih hormona. <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[7]<\/span><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\" id=\"testosteron\">2. Poma\u017ee pove\u0107ati razinu testosterona<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>DAA je poznata kao <strong>poja\u010diva\u010d testosterona<\/strong> ili \u010dak <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/zamjena-steroida\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">zamjena za steroide<\/a>. To je upravo zbog njezinog utjecaja na proizvodnju mu\u0161kog spolnog hormona testosterona. Kao \u0161to smo ve\u0107 gore opisali, studije pokazuju da je DAA sastojak onih procesa koji dovode do njegovog stvaranja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>DAA je uklju\u010dena u osloba\u0111anje <strong>gonadoliberina,<\/strong> hormona u hipotalamusu koji dalje dovodi do proizvodnje<strong> luteiniziraju\u0107eg hormona<\/strong> u hipofizi. Potonji je zatim zadu\u017een za promicanje <strong>proizvodnje testosterona.<\/strong> Osim toga, me\u0111utim, pokazalo se da bi D-asparaginska kiselina mogla djelovati i na druge na\u010dine, primjerice vezanjem izravno na <strong>Leydigove stanice u testisima,<\/strong> gdje se proizvodi testosteron. <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5,7]<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanstvenici moraju provesti dodatna istra\u017eivanja kako bi bili jasniji o ovoj temi.
