Kopi\u010di se predvsem v <strong>endokrinih \u017elezah<\/strong> (del telesa, kjer nastajajo hormoni) in <strong>mo\u017eganih,<\/strong> s katerimi so povezane njene glavne koristi. Pravzaprav je najbolj znana po svoji vpletenosti v <strong>proizvodnjo hormonov,<\/strong> bodisi v mo\u017eganih ali drugje v telesu. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[6]<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Obstaja tudi druga oblika asparaginske kisline, in sicer <strong>L-asparaginska kislina.<\/strong> Vendar pa jo telo uporablja samo kot <strong>gradnik pri oblikovanju mi\u0161ic<\/strong>, tako kot mnoge druge amino kisline. Potrebnih je ve\u010d \u0161tudij, da bi natan\u010dno razumeli, kako deluje in na katerih podro\u010djih zdravja koristi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\" id=\"production-of-sex-hormones\">1. Sodeluje pri nastajanju spolnih hormonov<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u0161tudijah se je izkazalo, da je temeljni u\u010dinek DAA njena vpletenost v tvorbo <strong>spolnih hormonov.<\/strong> Pravzaprav je v izobilju prisotna prav v delih telesa, kjer se za\u010dne njihova <strong>proizvodnja. <\/strong>V prvi vrsti je to <strong>hipotalamus<\/strong> (spodnji del srednjih mo\u017eganov). Tam namre\u010d nastajajo hormoni, ki dodatno spodbujajo <strong>nastajanje <\/strong>hormonov v hipofizi (subkortikalni \u017elezi). Ti s\u010dasoma spodbudijo nastajanje <strong>mo\u0161kih in \u017eenskih spolnih hormonov<\/strong> (testosterona, estrogena).<mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"> [7,8]<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce bi kateri del te sestavljanke manjkal, bi bila proizvodnja spolnih hormonov motena. DAA je koncentrirana na vsakem od teh klju\u010dnih mest, zato se zdi, da igra pomembno vlogo v celotnem procesu. Raziskovalci poudarjajo, da je jemanje DAA v \u0161tudijah dokazalo <strong>vi\u0161jo raven teh hormonov.<\/strong> Tako je lahko bistvenega pomena za njihov nastanek in plodnost, rast mi\u0161ic ali zorenje jaj\u010dec pri \u017eenskah, zaradi spolnih hormonov. <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[7]<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\" id=\"testosterone\">2. Pomaga pove\u010dati raven testosterona<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>DAA je znana kot <strong>pospe\u0161evalka testosterona<\/strong> ali celo <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/pospesevalci-hormonov\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">zamenjava za steroide<\/a>. To je prav zaradi njenega vpliva na nastajanje mo\u0161kega spolnega hormona testosterona. Kot smo \u017ee opisali zgoraj, \u0161tudije ka\u017eejo, da je DAA sestavina tistih procesov, ki vodijo do njegovega nastanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>DAA sodeluje pri spro\u0161\u010danju <strong>gonadoliberina,<\/strong> hormona v hipotalamusu, ki nadalje vodi do proizvodnje <strong>luteinizirajo\u010dega hormona<\/strong> v hipofizi. Slednji je nato zadol\u017een za spodbujanje <strong>proizvodnje testosterona.<\/strong> Poleg tega pa se izka\u017ee, da lahko D-asparaginska kislina deluje tudi na druge na\u010dine, na primer tako, da se neposredno ve\u017ee na <strong>Leydigove celice v modih <\/strong>kjer nastaja testosteron. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5,7]<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanstveniki morajo izvesti ve\u010d raziskav, da bi oblikovali bolj dokon\u010dne trditve o tej temi.
