Zato ih u tijelu imamo nekoliko <strong>desetaka tisu\u0107a<\/strong>. Zapravo, enzimi se mogu vezati samo na tvar sa specifi\u010dnom strukturom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zamislite da se pona\u0161aju sli\u010dno kao <strong>brava i klju\u010d.<\/strong> Enzim je poput vrste brave u koju stane samo klju\u010d odre\u0111enog oblika, isto kao \u0161to svaki va\u0161 klju\u010d stane samo u jednu odre\u0111enu bravu. U ovom slu\u010daju taj<strong> je klju\u010d takozvani supstrat,<\/strong> odnosno tvar na koju se enzim ve\u017ee. To mogu biti proteini, nukleinske kiseline, drugi enzim, kisik, voda i mnoge druge tvari. Samo u tim uvjetima mo\u017ee do\u0107i do biokemijske reakcije. Nakon \u0161to se reakcija dogodi, klju\u010d (supstrat) osloba\u0111a se iz brave (enzim) i \u010deka da se ve\u017ee sljede\u0107i klju\u010d. <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_su_probavni_enzimi\"><\/span>\u0160to su probavni enzimi?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/probiotici-i-probavni-enzimi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Probavni enzimi<\/a>&nbsp;igraju glavnu ulogu u <strong>razgradnji<\/strong> i <strong>probavi hrane.<\/strong> Dok hrana prolazi kroz probavni trakt, dolazi u kontakt s probavnim enzimima koji postupno razgra\u0111uju ugljikohidrate, bjelan\u010devine i masti u manje jedinice. Oni se zatim mogu apsorbirati u krv i nastaviti raditi svoj posao (tro\u0161iti se za energiju, ugraditi u mi\u0161i\u0107 itd.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Probavni enzimi djeluju u<strong> usnoj \u0161upljini<\/strong> i <strong>\u017eelucu.<\/strong> Ipak, najva\u017eniji su <strong>enzimi gu\u0161tera\u010de,<\/strong> koje gu\u0161tera\u010da lu\u010di u <strong>tanko crijevo.<\/strong> Ondje se odvijaju najva\u017eniji procesi u smislu probave hranjivih tvari. <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[10]<\/span><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Koji_se_enzimi_nalaze_u_tijelu\"><\/span>Koji se enzimi nalaze u tijelu?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoji nekoliko razli\u010ditih probavnih enzima koji djeluju u tijelu kako bi pomogli u maksimalnoj ishrani. Op\u0107enito se dijele u <strong>tri glavne skupine,<\/strong> a svaka je posve\u0107ena probavi razli\u010ditih makronutrijenata.
