Najpoznatija od ovih biljaka je <em>Stevia rebaudiana<\/em>, jer je <strong>najsla\u0111a.<\/strong> Od nje se sada proizvode razni prahovi, kapi ili drugi oblici ovog prirodnog <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/zasladivaci\">zasla\u0111iva\u010da.<\/a> Ova biljka sadr\u017ei <strong>steviol glikozide<\/strong> koji joj daju <strong>karakteristi\u010dan sladak okus.<\/strong> Tu spadaju, primjerice, <strong>rebaudiozidi<\/strong> i najsla\u0111i od svih, <strong>steviozidi. <\/strong> <sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[7,8,9]<\/mark><\/sup><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to steviu zasla\u0111uje?<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Zasla\u0111iva\u010d se ne pravi od npr. suhih listova stevije. Naime, zasla\u0111iva\u010d sadr\u017ei <strong>ekstrakt stevije u obliku steviol glikozida.<\/strong> Ovaj ekstrakt je otprilike <strong>200-300 puta sla\u0111i od saharoze<\/strong> (obi\u010dnog bijelog \u0161e\u0107era). Stoga je potrebno zna\u010dajno <strong>manje stevije u odnosu na \u0161e\u0107er<\/strong> kada se ne\u0161to zasla\u0111uje. Iako sadr\u017ei ne\u0161to energije, ona je toliko minimalna da je <strong>zanemariva<\/strong> za na\u0161e tijelo. Te\u0161ko se apsorbira u krvotok iz probavnog trakta, ali je preuzimaju <strong>crijevne bakterije<\/strong> u debelom crijevu.
