Hromad\u00ed se zejm\u00e9na v<strong> endokrinn\u00edch \u017el\u00e1z\u00e1ch <\/strong>(\u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla, ve kter\u00fdch se tvo\u0159\u00ed hormony) a <strong>mozku, <\/strong>s \u010d\u00edm\u017e souvis\u00ed i jej\u00ed hlavn\u00ed benefity. Pot\u0159ebujeme dal\u0161\u00ed studie k tomu, abychom p\u0159esn\u011b pochopili, jak funguje a kter\u00fdm oblastem zdrav\u00ed prosp\u00edv\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\" id=\"tvorba-pohlavnich-hormonu\">1. Pod\u00edl\u00ed se na tvorb\u011b pohlavn\u00edch hormon\u016f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve studi\u00edch se ukazuje, \u017ee z\u00e1kladn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dinkem DAA je jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010dast na vzniku <strong>pohlavn\u00edch hormon\u016f. <\/strong>Je toti\u017e bohat\u011b obsa\u017eena pr\u00e1v\u011b v \u010d\u00e1stech organismu, kde <strong>za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 jejich tvorba. <\/strong>V prvn\u00edm \u0159ad\u011b jde o <strong>hypothalamus <\/strong>(spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st mezimozku). V n\u011bm vznikaj\u00ed hormony, kter\u00e9 d\u00e1le podporuj\u00ed tvorbu hormon\u016f <strong>hypof\u00fdzy <\/strong>(podmozkov\u00e1 \u017el\u00e1za). Ty nakonec popostr\u010d\u00ed vznik <strong>\u017eensk\u00fdch a mu\u017esk\u00fdch pohlavn\u00edch hormon\u016f <\/strong>(testosteron, estrogen). <sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[7,8]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud by n\u011bkter\u00fd d\u00edl z t\u00e9to skl\u00e1da\u010dky chyb\u011bl, produkce pohlavn\u00edch hormon\u016f by byla naru\u0161ena. Pr\u00e1v\u011b DAA je koncentrov\u00e1na v ka\u017ed\u00e9m z t\u011bchto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch m\u00edst, a tak se zd\u00e1, \u017ee v cel\u00e9m procesu hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou roli. V\u011bdci poukazuj\u00ed na to, \u017ee u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed DAA se ve studi\u00edch projevuje <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladinou t\u011bchto hormon\u016f.<\/strong> Mohla by tak b\u00fdt podstatn\u00e1 pro jejich vznik, a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem nap\u0159\u00edklad pro plodnost, r\u016fst sval\u016f \u010di zr\u00e1n\u00ed vaj\u00ed\u010dek u \u017een, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed na sv\u011bdom\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b pohlavn\u00ed hormony. <sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[7]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\" id=\"testosteron\">2. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161it hladinu testosteronu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>DAA je zn\u00e1m\u00e1 jako <strong>testosteronov\u00fd booster<\/strong> \u010di dokonce <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/nahrada-steroidu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">n\u00e1hrada steroid\u016f<\/a>. Je to pr\u00e1v\u011b kv\u016fli jej\u00edmu vlivu na produkci mu\u017esk\u00e9ho pohlavn\u00edho hormonu testosteronu. Jak jsme si ji\u017e popsali v\u00fd\u0161e, studie n\u00e1m \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee DAA je slo\u017ekou v procesech, kter\u00e9 vedou k jeho tvorb\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>DAA m\u00e1 pod\u00edl na uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>gonadoliberinu, <\/strong>co\u017e je hormon v hypotalamu, kter\u00fd d\u00e1le vede k produkci <strong>luteiniza\u010dn\u00edho hormonu <\/strong>v hypof\u00fdze. Ten m\u00e1 pak za \u00fakol podpo\u0159it <strong>tvorbu testosteronu. <\/strong>Krom\u011b toho se v\u0161ak ukazuje, \u017ee by kyselina D-asparagov\u00e1 mohla p\u016fsobit i jin\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby, nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159\u00edmo se v\u00e1zat na <strong>Leydigovy bu\u0148ky ve varlatech, <\/strong>ve kter\u00fdch se testosteron tvo\u0159\u00ed. <sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5,7]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bdci pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkumy k tomu, aby m\u011bli v tomto t\u00e9matu jasno.
