Bez nich by na\u0161e t\u011blo nedok\u00e1zalo efektivn\u011b <strong>p\u0159em\u011bnit \u017eiviny na energii nebo se zbavit \u0161kodliv\u00fdch l\u00e1tek<\/strong>, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad alkohol. Pod\u00edl\u00ed se tak i na p\u0159irozen\u00e9 detoxikaci organismu. Proto jich v t\u011ble m\u00e1me n\u011bkolik <strong>des\u00edtek tis\u00edc<\/strong>. M\u016f\u017ee se jednat o proteiny, nukleov\u00e9 kyseliny, jin\u00fd enzym, kysl\u00edk, vodu a mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Jen za t\u011bchto podm\u00ednek m\u016f\u017ee biochemick\u00e1 reakce prob\u011bhnout.
