Hromad\u00ed sa najm\u00e4 v<strong> endokrinn\u00fdch \u017e\u013eaz\u00e1ch <\/strong>(\u010dasti tela, v ktor\u00fdch sa tvoria horm\u00f3ny) a <strong>mozgu,<\/strong> s \u010d\u00edm s\u00favisia aj jej hlavn\u00e9 benefity. Potrebujeme \u010fal\u0161ie \u0161t\u00fadie na to, aby sme presne pochopili, ako funguje a ktor\u00fdm oblastiam zdravia prospieva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\" id=\"tvorba-pohlavnych-hormonov\">1. Podie\u013ea sa na tvorbe pohlavn\u00fdch horm\u00f3nov<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1ch sa ukazuje, \u017ee z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinkom DAA je jej \u00fa\u010das\u0165 na vzniku <strong>pohlavn\u00fdch horm\u00f3nov. <\/strong>Je toti\u017e bohato obsiahnut\u00e1 pr\u00e1ve v t\u00fdch \u010dastiach organizmu, kde <strong>za\u010d\u00edna ich tvorba. <\/strong>V prvom rade ide o <strong>hypotalamus <\/strong>(spodn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 medzimozgu). V \u0148om vznikaj\u00fa horm\u00f3ny, ktor\u00e9 \u010falej podporuj\u00fa tvorbu horm\u00f3nov <strong>hypof\u00fdzy <\/strong>(podmozgov\u00e1 \u017e\u013eaza).
