Najbolj znana med temi rastlinami je <em>Stevia rebaudiana<\/em>, saj je <strong>najslaj\u0161a.<\/strong> Razli\u010dni pra\u0161ki, kapljice ali druge oblike tega naravnega <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/sladila\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">sladila<\/a> se proizvajajo iz nje. Ta rastlina vsebuje <strong>steviol glikozide,<\/strong> ki ji dajejo <strong>zna\u010dilen sladek okus<\/strong>. Sem spadajo na primer <strong>rebaudiozidi<\/strong> in <strong>steviozidi, <\/strong>najslaj\u0161i od vseh.<strong> <\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[7,8,9]<\/mark> <\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj vsebuje sladilo stevija?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sladilo ni narejeno iz, na primer, posu\u0161enih listov stevije. Pravzaprav vsebuje <strong>izvle\u010dek stevije v obliki steviol glikozidov.<\/strong> Ta izvle\u010dek je pribli\u017eno <strong>200-300-krat slaj\u0161i od saharoze<\/strong> (obi\u010dajnega belega sladkorja). Zato je pri sladkanju potrebno <strong>manj stevije v primerjavi s sladkorjem.<\/strong> Sladila stevija pa so znana tudi po svojem specifi\u010dnem okusu, ki morda ne ustreza vsakomur. Skoraj se ne absorbira v krvni obtok iz prebavnega trakta, ampak jo prevzamejo <strong>\u010drevesne bakterije<\/strong> v debelem \u010drevesu. Te bakterije proizvajajo snovi z dolo\u010deno vsebnostjo kalorij, ki jih je mogo\u010de absorbirati v minimalnih koli\u010dinah. Mnoge od njih zahtevajo dodatne raziskave preden jih bomo lahko zares razumeli, vendar danes lahko trdimo, da ima stevija koristne u\u010dinke za zdravje, zaradi \u010desar ni primerna samo za huj\u0161anje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chudnutie\">1. Kot je razvidno iz tabele, je zau\u017eitje pribli\u017eno <strong>70 g sladkorja<\/strong> na dan precej enostavno. Ta koli\u010dina ustreza <strong>300 kcal,<\/strong> kar je enako vsebnosti energije v <strong>manj\u0161em obroku,<\/strong> kot je <strong>pe\u010den toast z dvema rezinama 45% sira edam in \u0161unko. <\/strong> S to zamenjavo bi teoreti\u010dno lahko porabili <strong>1 kg ma\u0161\u010dobe<\/strong> z minimalnim naporom v <strong>25 dneh<\/strong> (1 kg telesne ma\u0161\u010dobe je pribli\u017eno 7700 kcal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce ste torej sladkosnedi in je va\u0161a prehrana bogata s sladkorjem, si lahko s stevijo pomagate omejiti vnos sladkorja. \u0160e vedno boste u\u017eivali v sladkem okusu brez vnosa dodatnih kalorij. Druge mo\u017ene zdravstvene koristi stevije<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Raziskave omenjajo tudi u\u010dinek stevije <strong>na rakave celice.<\/strong> Steviol glikozidi so v poskusih pomagali upo\u010dasniti njihovo \u0161irjenje, zlasti v primerih, kot je rak debelega \u010drevesa in danke. <sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[7]<\/mark><\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pozitiven u\u010dinek je bil opazen tudi pri <strong>idiopatskih vnetnih \u010drevesnih boleznih,<\/strong> kot sta Crohnova bolezen in ulcerozni kolitis. To so kroni\u010dna vnetna stanja, ki vodijo do po\u0161kodbe \u010drevesne stene. Ta oblika stevije je najbolj raziskana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Uporaba <strong>cele rastline,<\/strong> na primer v zmleti obliki ali kot ekstrakt, bi lahko imela <strong>ne\u017eelene u\u010dinke.<\/strong> <strong>Potrebne so nadaljnje raziskave<\/strong> za pojasnjevanje vpliva teh oblik stevije. Za povpre\u010dnega \u010dloveka je najbolj koristno poznati u\u010dinke samih steviol glikozidov. V praksi bi z dejansko rastlino pri\u0161li v stik le, \u010de bi jo gojili doma. \u010ceprav je to mogo\u010de, u\u010dinki sladkanja in druge koristi v glavnem izhajajo iz izvle\u010dka steviol glikozidov. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1,8]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ali_je_stevija_varna\"><\/span>Ali je stevija varna?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stevija je bila nekaj \u010dasa prepovedana in marsikdo bi lahko domneval, da bi se ji bilo bolje izogniti. Vendar pa imamo zdaj na voljo ve\u010d znanstvenih \u0161tudij, ki preu\u010dujejo vpliv stevije, zlasti steviol glikozidov, na zdravje. S\u010dasoma je poznavanje rastline napredovalo, v \u0161tudijah niso opazili nobenih klju\u010dnih negativnih u\u010dinkov in na podlagi tega sladilo stevija v obliki steviol glikozidov velja za varno.
