Lasciate raffreddare per un po&#8217; il <strong>budino denso di semola<\/strong>. Nel frattempo, sbattete le <strong>uova<\/strong> con lo <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/zucchero-di-canna-bio-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (si apre in una nuova scheda)\"><strong>zucchero di canna<\/strong><\/a> fino a ottenere una schiuma bianca e densa, aggiungete il <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/cacao-in-polvere-bio-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (si apre in una nuova scheda)\"><strong>cacao<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> la <strong>scorza d&#8217;arancia grattugiata finemente<\/strong> (che deve essere accuratamente pulita in precedenza) e mescolate delicatamente alla semola il composto schiumoso. Aggiungere gradualmente alla semola parzialmente raffreddata anche la <strong>ricotta<\/strong>: la pastella deve risultare liscia.
