Ide o ker so \u017elt\u00fdmi kvetmi, ktor\u00fd je u\u017e dlh\u00fa dobu pova\u017eovan\u00fd za jednu z najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00edch rastl\u00edn v kruhoch tradi\u010dnej indickej medic\u00edny <strong>ajurv\u00e9dy. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie mno\u017estvo \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok ashwagandhy sa nach\u00e1dza v koreni. Aj preto sa v doplnkoch stravy pou\u017e\u00edva pr\u00e1ve <strong>extrakt <\/strong>z tejto \u010dasti rastliny. HAM-A \u0161k\u00e1ly. T\u00e1 zoh\u013ead\u0148uje 14 oblast\u00ed, ktor\u00fdch hodnotenie pom\u00e1ha odhadn\u00fa\u0165 intenzitu \u00fazkosti.
