Njena hranila in koristi so prepoznali \u017ee avtohtoni prebivalci visokogorskih predelov perujskih Andov pred pribli\u017eno 2000 leti. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[12]<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zanimivo je, da ta rastlina spada v dru\u017eino <strong>kapusnic, kamor spadajo tudi, na primer, brokoli, cveta\u010da in zelje.<\/strong> Ne obstaja samo ena vrsta mace, ampak ve\u010d vrst. Lahko se sre\u010date z <strong>rde\u010do, rumeno, vijoli\u010dno ali \u010drno maco.<\/strong> Vendar je po vsem svetu najbolj raz\u0161irjena in najbolj uporabljena <strong>rumena,<\/strong> v vseh primerih pa je najbolj uporabna korenina. Ima antioksidativne lastnosti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Maca vsebuje me\u0161anico razli\u010dnih bioaktivnih spojin, od katerih mnoge delujejo kot <strong>antioksidanti.<\/strong> Na primer fenolne snovi, alkamide ali glukozinolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaradi u\u010dinkov teh snovi maca pomaga v boju proti <strong>prostim radikalom,<\/strong> ki nastajajo zaradi oksidativnega stresa.
