Mettete nel forno<strong> preriscaldato a 200 \u00b0C (392 \u00b0F) e fate cuocere per 40 minuti.<\/strong> Durante questo tempo, controllate il pollo, giratelo e aggiungete acqua se necessario. Al termine, togliete il coperchio dalla teglia, girate il pollo posizionandolo con la pelle rivolta verso l&#8217;alto e continuate la cottura per altri <strong>20-30 minuti<\/strong> per rendere la pelle bella croccante.
