Potrete cos\u00ec preparare facilmente un pranzo o una cena deliziosi e ricchi di proteine. Poi prendete le <strong>patate,<\/strong> pelatele e affettatele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prendete una grande ciotola, metteteci le patate e unitele a <strong>3 cucchiai della marinata insieme alla paprika in polvere affumicata.<\/strong> Se volete che la marinata ricopra uniformemente le patate, mescolatela con le mani. Preparate quindi una teglia rivestita di carta da forno e <strong>disponetevi le patate.<\/strong> Si pu\u00f2 anche aggiungere qualche fetta di limone. Mettete in forno a <strong>190 \u00b0C e cuocete per circa 40 minuti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel frattempo, preparate la carne. <strong>Tagliate<\/strong> i <strong>petti di pollo<\/strong> nel senso della lunghezza, metteteli in una ciotola pi\u00f9 piccola e versatevi sopra il resto della marinata per coprirli interamente. Avvolgete il piatto con la pellicola per alimenti e lasciate marinare la carne per <strong>15-30 minuti in frigorifero.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Preparate quindi una padella, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/olio-di-canola-spray-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">spruzzatela con l&#8217;olio<\/span><\/strong><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> o altro grasso e scaldatela. Quindi mettete in padella le <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">fettine<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> di carne <strong>marinate<\/strong> un po&#8217;alla volta e cuocetele per <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">circa 4 minuti<\/span><\/strong> per lato. <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Per semplificare la preparazione, \u00e8 possibile cuocere il pollo aggiungendolo direttamente alle patate in forno per gli ultimi 20 minuti di cottura, invece di saltarlo in padella. In entrambi i casi, si otterr\u00e0 un <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">piatto delizioso e pieno di gusto.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il nostro consiglio:<\/strong> Se volete fare un po&#8217; di scena al momento di servire, decorate il piatto con delle fette di limone saltate in padella e con il resto della marinata o con del <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/ghee-puro-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">ghee<\/a>.
