Provate a lasciare in dispensa la versione istantanea e tirate fuori<strong> invece le perle di tapioca.<\/strong> Dopo averle cotte nel latte, le perle di tapioca si trasformeranno in un <strong>delizioso budino di tapioca<\/strong> ad<strong> alto contenuto proteico<\/strong> e dal sapore delizioso. Noi lo abbiamo realizzato alla vaniglia, ma potete usare anche altre proteine in polvere per creare un budino alla fragola, al cioccolato o al pistacchio.
