Mix <strong>150 g of <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flours\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">fine spelt flour<\/a> with 50 g of <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-fine-wholemeal-spelt-flour-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">wholemeal spelt flour<\/a>, 30 g of <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cane-sugar-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">cane sugar<\/a>, and a pinch of <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">salt<\/a>.<\/strong> Heat the <strong>milk<\/strong>, but make sure it doesn&#8217;t get too hot. Add the remaining <strong>5 g of sugar, dried yeast,<\/strong> and let it sit for <strong>5 minutes<\/strong> to activate the yeast. Then, add it to the flour mixture, add the <strong>softened<\/strong> <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pure-ghee-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>ghee<\/strong><\/a>, and knead a smooth dough. The ideal consistency is reached when you see bubbles form on the dough.
