Per prima cosa, montate gli albumi a neve ferma. Ai tuorli, aggiungete lo <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/xilitolo-350-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>xilitolo<\/strong><\/a> e<strong> l&#8217;acqua<\/strong>, quindi sbattete fino a formare una leggera schiuma. Infine, incorporate lentamente anche gli albumi montati a neve. Prendete uno stampo per torte (noi ne abbiamo usato uno da 20 cm di diametro) e foderatelo con della carta da forno. Distribuite uniformemente l&#8217;impasto preparato. Mettere in forno e cuocete a <strong>180 \u00b0C per circa 25 minuti<\/strong>. Controllate se la torta \u00e8 pronta con uno stuzzicadenti e se rimane asciutto, il dolce \u00e8 pronto e potete toglierlo dal forno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Lasciate raffreddare il pan di Spagna preparato e, nel frattempo, procedete alla preparazione della crema.
