Poi tagliatela a dadini con la buccia. Aggiungetela alla cipolla e versate circa 200 ml di acqua. Cuocete il curry con il coperchio per circa <strong>15-20 minuti<\/strong> finch\u00e9 la zucca non inizia ad ammorbidirsi. Prendete met\u00e0 del composto e <strong>frullatelo<\/strong> fino a renderlo omogeneo.
