Oggi abbiamo messo da parte le ricette dei muffin con il cioccolato, la panna o altre leccornie e abbiamo optato per una <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">versione salata.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> La parte principale \u00e8 costituita da <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">tonno, cottage cheese e albumi. <\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Probabilmente non vi sorprender\u00e0 il fatto che questi muffin siano <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">pieni di proteine.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Abbiamo utilizzato anche la farina integrale per ottenere la giusta consistenza e valori ottimali di carboidrati. Abbiamo poi aggiunto alcune spezie.
