Questa volta abbiamo provato a modificare lo Stroganoff di manzo e a renderlo <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">adatto ai vegetariani.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> E dobbiamo ammettere che \u00e8 stato un successo. Abbiamo sostituito la carne con il tempeh e utilizzato un&#8217;alternativa vegetale al posto della classica panna. Ne \u00e8 nato un piatto delizioso e nutriente, ideale per il pranzo o la cena. E potete immaginare una ricetta fit senza <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">una buona dose di proteine? <\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Come noi, potete aumentare il contenuto proteico grazie alla pasta proteica, che abbiamo usato come contorno. Prepariamo insieme questa ricetta veloce. Una volta pronto, mettetelo da parte in una ciotola. Aggiungete il restante cucchiaio di ghee nella stessa padella, fate scaldare e soffriggete la <strong>cipolla<\/strong> tagliata finemente. Soffriggete fino a doratura, quindi aggiungete i <strong>funghi<\/strong> tagliati a fettine sottili. Mescolando di tanto in tanto, fate cuocere per circa 5 minuti. Aggiungete quindi i <strong>sottaceti<\/strong> tritati finemente, il <strong>tempeh,<\/strong> la <strong>passata di pomodoro<\/strong> e lasciate scaldare il tutto per un po&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Aggiungete al composto anche il <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">brodo vegetale o l&#8217;acqua<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">. Mettete il coperchio sulla pentola e cuocete il tutto per circa 10 minuti a fuoco basso. Infine, aggiungete <\/span>la<strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> panna vegetale <\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">e la <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">senape<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> al composto e condite con <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">sale e pepe nero. <\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Potete aggiungere anche le vostre <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/spezie\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">spezie<\/a> <\/span><\/strong>preferite<strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Infine, lasciate sobbollire lo Stroganoff per un po&#8217; e siete pronti a servirlo.
