Use a fork to prick it to prevent it from puffing up and bake for <strong>10 minutes at 180\u00b0C.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Peel the <strong>onion<\/strong>, finely chop it, and saut\u00e9 it in oil. <strong>Peel the zucchini, cut it in half, and slice it into thin semicircular pieces.<\/strong> Add it to the saut\u00e9ed onions along with pressed <strong>garlic<\/strong>. When it&#8217;s all saut\u00e9ed, let the mixture cool slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In a bowl, combine coarsely grated <strong>mozzarella, eggs, Parmesan, milk, and coarsely grated parsley.<\/strong> Add the cooled zucchini mixture, mix, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
