Pomanjkljivost na\u010dina njihove priprave je velika koli\u010dina olja, ki se uporablja za cvrtje. Danes smo se odlo\u010dili, da to fantasti\u010dno jed \u0161e izbolj\u0161amo in pripravimo krompirjeve pala\u010dinke, pe\u010dene v pe\u010dici. Dajte ga v skledo, po okusu posolite in po\u010dakajte, da se iz njega sprosti vlaga. \u010cez nekaj \u010dasa iztisnite odve\u010dno vodo in jo odcedite.
