Pak se ve v\u00e1s mo\u017en\u00e1 za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 probouzet pocit, \u017ee je zdrav\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek p\u011bkn\u00e1 nuda. Rozhodn\u011b to tak ale nen\u00ed. My jsme se dne\u0161n\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nkem rozhodli nabourat tento stereotyp a pod\u00edvat se bl\u00ed\u017ee na dal\u0161\u00ed super mo\u017enost, kterou je quinoa. Tato pseudoobilovina m\u00e1 toti\u017e <strong>skv\u011bl\u00e9 nutri\u010dn\u00ed hodnoty, lahodnou chu\u0165<\/strong>, je jednoduch\u00e1 na p\u0159\u00edpravu, a nav\u00edc se d\u00e1 j\u00edst na stovky zp\u016fsob\u016f. Nen\u00ed proto \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm, \u017ee m\u00e1 ve sv\u011bt\u011b dlouholetou tradici. Quinoa se za\u010dala p\u011bstovat v oblasti jihoamerick\u00fdch And u\u017e n\u011bkolik tis\u00edc let p\u0159ed na\u0161\u00edm letopo\u010dtem. Inkov\u00e9 ji dokonce pova\u017eovali za <strong>posv\u00e1tnou potravinu.<\/strong> Na rozd\u00edl od brambor nebo kuku\u0159ice se ale v Evrop\u011b nedo\u010dkala stejn\u00e9ho osudu. \u0160pan\u011bly byla quinoa toti\u017e nejd\u0159\u00edve ozna\u010dov\u00e1na jako nek\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e1, co\u017e vedlo k tomu, \u017ee se v n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblastech p\u0159estala p\u011bstovat. Postupem \u010dasu za\u010daly d\u00edky produkci spole\u010dn\u00e9 s dal\u0161\u00edmi plodinami vznikat i r\u016fzn\u00e9 odr\u016fdy, se kter\u00fdmi se dodnes setk\u00e1v\u00e1me. To je tak\u00e9 d\u016fvod, pro\u010d pat\u0159\u00ed mezi superpotraviny. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[23]<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0165 u\u017e si vyberete jakoukoliv barvu quinoy, v\u017edy bude m\u00edt p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stejn\u00fd tvar v podob\u011b malink\u00fdch zrn\u00ed\u010dek s <strong>lehce o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kovou chut\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 zpest\u0159\u00ed sladk\u00e9 i slan\u00e9 pokrmy. Podobn\u011b jako i jin\u00e9 pseudooobiloviny (<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/pohanka\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">pohanka<\/a>, amarant) se m\u016f\u017ee pochlubit t\u00edm, \u017ee je bezlepkov\u00e1. To ocen\u00ed celiaci a dal\u0161\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed se lepku z jak\u00e9hokoliv d\u016fvodu vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed. V\u00fdsledky studi\u00ed nav\u00edc ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee od roku 2013 produkce quinoy exponenci\u00e1ln\u011b roste. Uveden\u00fd rok OSN dokonce prohl\u00e1sila rokem quinoy. Krom\u011b skv\u011bl\u00e9ho slo\u017een\u00ed je to tak\u00e9 proto, \u017ee se tato rostlina dok\u00e1\u017ee <strong>p\u0159izp\u016fsobit i m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdm klimatick\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m, co\u017e by mohlo pomoci zajistit p\u0159\u00edsun potravin i do rozvojov\u00fdch zem\u00ed<\/strong>. Z jejich benefit\u016f by tak mohlo t\u011b\u017eit je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce lid\u00ed. Jej\u00ed konzumace byla dob\u0159e tolerov\u00e1na a nijak<strong> nezhor\u0161ovala zdravotn\u00ed stav<\/strong>. To je dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va pro lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed se lepku z jak\u00e9hokoliv d\u016fvodu vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed. I kdy\u017e je ale quinoa <strong>p\u0159irozen\u011b bezlepkov\u00e1<\/strong>, neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee dal\u0161\u00ed potraviny vyroben\u00e9 z quinoy mus\u00ed b\u00fdt taky bezlepkov\u00e9.
