No, neizbje\u017ene su neke takozvane trendi aktivnosti kojima se ljudi bave samo zato \u0161to su danas u modi. Jedan od njih svakako je <strong>pretjerani naglasak na vje\u017ebanje u teretani, zbog \u010dega zaboravite na aktivnosti na otvorenom<\/strong>. To se tako\u0111er mo\u017ee pro\u0161iriti i na va\u0161 osobni \u017eivot, jer se naviknete provoditi puno vremena u zatvorenom prostoru, bilo da se radi o va\u0161em domu, poslu, javnom prijevozu, trgova\u010dkim centrima ili drugim dijelovima betonske d\u017eungle. \u017divot se na prvi pogled \u010dini ugodnim, ali s druge strane <strong>gubite kontakt s prirodom.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Priroda je neko\u0107 bila alfa i omega na\u0161eg postojanja jer <strong>iz evolucijske perspektive ljudi su proveli tisu\u0107e godina na otvorenom.<\/strong> Lovili su u prirodi, selili se i bavili raznim aktivnostima pod vedrim nebom. Me\u0111utim, ovaj se stil \u017eivota naglo promijenio u posljednjim desetlje\u0107ima, a ljudi op\u0107enito radije ostaju u ku\u0107i. Mo\u017eda je za to kriva ve\u0107a \u017eelja za privatno\u0161\u0107u, svojim udobnim kau\u010dem ili klima ure\u0111ajem kada je vanjska vru\u0107ina nesnosna. Dok je na otvorenom, osoba ne samo da se vi\u0161e povezuje s prirodom, ve\u0107<strong> mo\u017ee i nau\u010diti vi\u0161e o svijetu oko sebe<\/strong>.
