Postizanje ovog unosa tipi\u010dnom prehranom prakti\u010dki je nerealno, a te dopu\u0161tene koli\u010dine \u010desto su ve\u0107e od <strong>procijenjenog dnevnog unosa (EDI)<\/strong> pojedinog zasla\u0111iva\u010da. Stoga je malo vjerojatna prekomjerna konzumacija. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, kao i sve, pojedina\u010dne situacije mogu neke zasla\u0111iva\u010de u\u010diniti neprikladnima.<strong> Specifi\u010dni probavni problemi<\/strong> ili <strong>rijetki metaboli\u010dki poreme\u0107aji<\/strong>&nbsp;mogu zahtijevati oprez. Naprimjer, ljudi koji boluju od <strong>fenilketonurije<\/strong> moraju izbjegavati <strong>aspartam<\/strong>. Unato\u010d tome, unutar kriterija ADI i EDI, umjetna sladila smatraju se sigurnima za op\u0107u odraslu populaciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Poznati_umjetni_zasladivaci\"><\/span>Poznati umjetni zasla\u0111iva\u010di<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Danas je Europska unija odobrila deset umjetnih zasla\u0111iva\u010da za upotrebu u hrani. U nastavku su opisani oni koji se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e koriste. \u010cesto se kombiniraju u hrani, uravnote\u017euju\u0107i njihov okus kako bi \u0161to vi\u0161e nalikovao prirodnoj slatko\u0107i. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[13]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aspartam\">1. Aspartam<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspartam (E951) je dipeptid koji se sastoji od aminokiselina <strong>fenilalanina<\/strong> i<strong> asparaginske kiseline<\/strong>. Ove aminokiseline su prirodno prisutne u na\u0161oj prehrani kao komponente proteina. Me\u0111utim, osobe s <strong>fenilketonurijom<\/strong>, koje <strong>ne mogu metabolizirati fenilalanin<\/strong>, trebale bi ga izbjegavati. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[8,9]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspartam je oko<strong> 200 puta sla\u0111i od \u0161e\u0107era. <\/strong>Za razliku od drugih zasla\u0111iva\u010da, nije posve bezenergetski, ali mu je kalorijska vrijednost (4 kcal\/1 g) toliko<strong> zanemariva <\/strong>da je njegovo konzumiranje redovnom prehranom prakti\u010dki nemogu\u0107e. Stoga se mo\u017ee klasificirati kao nekalori\u010dni zasla\u0111iva\u010d. Tijekom njegovog metabolizma nastaje <strong>metanol, <\/strong>no to nije opasan proces. Do stvaranja metanola dolazi i kada jedete<strong> vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e.<\/strong> <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[9]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspartam se ne nalazi u pe\u010denoj ili toplinski obra\u0111enoj hrani zbog njegove toplinske nestabilnosti zbog koje gubi sposobnost zasla\u0111ivanja. \u010ce\u0161\u0107e se nalazi u<strong> \u017evaka\u0107im gumama, preljevima, dijetalnim pi\u0107ima<\/strong> i drugim proizvodima. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[9]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prihvatljivi dnevni unos (ADI)<\/strong> aspartama je <strong>40 mg\/kg tjelesne te\u017eine (TT).<\/strong> Za osobu te\u0161ku 70 kg, to zna\u010di da mo\u017ee sigurno konzumirati do 2800 mg aspartama dnevno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Procijenjeni dnevni unos (EDI)<\/strong> aspartama je otprilike samo 14 &#8211; 287 mg. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[3,14]<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"acesulfam\">2. Acesulfam K<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Acesulfam K (E950),tako\u0111er poznat kao acesulfam kalij, slu\u010dajno je otkrio kemi\u010dar koji ga je probao kao dio mje\u0161avine koju je istra\u017eivao. Unato\u010d tome \u0161to je <strong>200 puta sla\u0111i od \u0161e\u0107era,<\/strong> \u010desto se koristi <strong>u kombinaciji s drugim zasla\u0111iva\u010dima<\/strong> jer je sam po sebi blago gorak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cesto se nalazi u <strong>dijetalnim pi\u0107im<\/strong>a (coli i drugim bezalkoholnim pi\u0107ima), <strong>instant pi\u0107ima, smrznutim desertima<\/strong>, pa \u010dak i <strong>instant kavi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ne metabolizira se<\/strong> u tijelu i izlu\u010duje se nepromijenjen. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[8,9]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prihvatljivi dnevni unos (ADI)<\/strong> acesulfama K je<strong> 9 mg\/kg TT.<\/strong> Dakle, osoba te\u0161ka 70 kg dnevno mo\u017ee unijeti do 630 mg ovog zasla\u0111iva\u010da.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Procijenjeni dnevni unos (EDI)<\/strong> acesulfama K kre\u0107e se od 14 do 119 mg. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[3,14]<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sukraloza\">3. Sukraloza<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/sukraloza-umjetni-zasladivac-i-njen-utjecaj-na-zdravlje\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Sukraloza<\/a> (E955) se dobiva iz saharoze, ali se gotovo ne metabolizira u tijelu, stoga ne daje energiju. Slatko\u0107a mu je <strong>300 puta ve\u0107a od saharoze,<\/strong> ali se \u010desto koristi <strong>u kombinaciji s drugim zasla\u0111iva\u010dima<\/strong> kako bi se prikrio njegov blago gorak okus. Mogli biste ga prepoznati kao zamjenu za \u0161e\u0107er za <strong>dijabeti\u010dare<\/strong>, dostupan je u tabletama ili kapima. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[8,9]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Saharin je stekao lo\u0161u reputaciju zbog ranijih sumnji u njegovu povezanost s rakom mokra\u0107nog mjehura. Osim toga, mnoge studije koje ispituju zasla\u0111iva\u010de provode se na<strong> \u017eivotinjskim modelima<\/strong> ili uklju\u010duju <strong>prekomjerne doze zasla\u0111iva\u010da<\/strong>, \u0161to ograni\u010dava zaklju\u010dke koje mo\u017eemo izvu\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"appetit\">1. Utjecaj na apetit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao \u0161to je ranije spomenuto, redovita konzumacija umjetnih zasla\u0111iva\u010da mo\u017ee utjecati na na\u0161 <strong>apetit.<\/strong> Na na\u0161 apetit zna\u010dajno utje\u010de sustav<strong> nagra\u0111ivanja mozga<\/strong>. Ovaj sustav osloba\u0111a <strong>dopamin<\/strong> i druge sli\u010dne tvari nakon konzumiranja ukusne hrane, obi\u010dno <strong>bogate \u0161e\u0107erom i mastima<\/strong>, koje pokre\u0107u <strong>osje\u0107aj sre\u0107e.<\/strong> Primjerice, komadi\u0107em \u010dokolade zadovoljavate tu potrebu za pove\u0107anjem energije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U nekim studijama, istra\u017eiva\u010di sugeriraju da umjetni zasla\u0111iva\u010di, koji <strong>daju slatko\u0107u, ali ne i energiju,<\/strong> mogu <strong>neadekvatno stimulirati<\/strong> ovaj sustav nagra\u0111ivanja. Jednostavnije re\u010deno, nakon konzumiranja malo \u010dokolade sa zasla\u0111iva\u010dima, mozak mo\u017eda nije zadovoljan i nastavlja tra\u017eiti ne\u0161to \u0161to \u0107e stimulirati sustav nagra\u0111ivanja na \u017eeljenu razinu.
