La dolcezza \u00e8 assicurata dai mirtilli, dallo xilitolo e dalle proteine. La caratteristica principale \u00e8 la sua morbidezza, garantita soprattutto dal kefir. Inoltre, prepara la teglia ungendola con <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/olio-di-cocco-spray-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>olio spray da cucina<\/strong><\/a> e spolverala con della <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/farine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>farina grossolana<\/strong><\/a> <strong>o con della semola.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Quindi, iniziamo a preparare la pastella, che \u00e8 molto semplice. In una ciotola, unisci il <strong>kefir,<\/strong> <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/oli\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>l&#8217;olio<\/strong><\/a><strong>, le uova<\/strong> e <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/flavor-drops-30-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>le flavor drops<\/strong><\/a>, e mescola tutto accuratamente. In un&#8217;altra ciotola, mescola gli ingredienti secchi, ovvero la <strong><a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/farine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">farina<\/a>, lo <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/xilitolo-350-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">xilitolo<\/a>, le <a aria-label=\" (si apre in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/proteine-just-whey-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">proteine in polvere<\/a>, il <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/lievito-in-polvere-bio-wolfberry.html\" class=\"ek-link\">lievito<\/a> e il <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/sale-rosa-dell-himalaya-fino-500-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">sale<\/a>.<\/strong> Mescola con cura gli ingredienti secchi con quelli umidi e crea una pastella omogenea. Infine, aggiungi i <strong>mirtilli<\/strong> e mescola. Se la pastella risulta troppo fluida, aggiungi un po&#8217; di farina. Cuoci per circa 50 minuti.<\/strong> Per verificare la cottura, inserisci uno stecchino e, se esce asciutto, puoi togliere la ciambella dal forno.
