Jedn\u00e1 se o <strong>semiesenci\u00e1ln\u00ed aminokyselinu,<\/strong> co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161inou si ji dok\u00e1\u017eeme vyrobit sami a nemus\u00edme ji p\u0159ij\u00edmat v potrav\u011b. Za ur\u010dit\u00fdch podm\u00ednek to v\u0161ak nesta\u010d\u00ed, a tak je nutn\u00e9 ji ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch mno\u017estv\u00edch dopl\u0148ovat i zven\u010d\u00ed. K jeho tvorb\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed v<strong> ledvin\u00e1ch, j\u00e1trech <\/strong>a <strong>mozku.<\/strong> Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee vznik\u00e1 v biochemick\u00e9m cyklu mo\u010doviny, kter\u00fdm se z t\u011bla vylu\u010duje toxick\u00fd odpadov\u00fd produkt metabolismu, tzv. <strong>amoniak.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm benefitem argininu je jeho \u00fa\u010dast na tvorb\u011b <strong>oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho.<\/strong> Ten pot\u0159ebujeme pro kontrolu pr\u016ftoku krve v organismu, funkci na\u0161ich bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren (mitochondri\u00ed) \u010di p\u0159enos informac\u00ed mezi bu\u0148kami. M\u00e1 v\u0161ak i specifickou \u00falohu, a to tvorbu zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho <strong>oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho (NO),<\/strong> se kter\u00fdm souvis\u00ed i mnoho jeho pozitivn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f na t\u011blo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V c\u00e9vn\u00edch st\u011bn\u00e1ch je tvo\u0159en <strong>enzym NOS (synt\u00e1za oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho).<\/strong> Jeho \u00fakolem je nav\u00e1zat na sebe arginin a p\u0159em\u011bnit ho na <strong>oxid dusnat\u00fd<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/citrulin-malat-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>citrulin<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong>kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt znovu zp\u011btn\u011b p\u0159em\u011bn\u011bn na arginin.
