Jednou z nich je ur\u010dit\u011b <strong>p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00fd d\u016fraz na cvi\u010den\u00ed ve fitku, kv\u016fli kter\u00e9mu zapom\u00edn\u00e1me na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed aktivity. <\/strong>Na to \u010dasto navazuje i n\u00e1\u0161 soukrom\u00fd \u017eivot, kdy tr\u00e1v\u00edme hodn\u011b \u010dasu v interi\u00e9rech. Faktem v\u0161ak je, \u017ee jsme <strong>je\u0161t\u011b \u00fapln\u011b neprozkoumali v\u0161echny dopady takov\u00fdch zm\u011bn.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ztr\u00e1ta kontaktu s p\u0159\u00edrodou n\u00e1s toti\u017e okr\u00e1d\u00e1 o mnoho r\u016fzn\u00fdch benefit\u016f.<\/strong> Ty jsou dokonce natolik v\u00fdznamn\u00e9, \u017ee by m\u011bly zaj\u00edmat hlavn\u011b fitness nad\u0161ence, kte\u0159\u00ed si neum\u00ed p\u0159edstavit cvi\u010dit jinde, ne\u017e v obl\u00edben\u00e9m gymu. O vz\u00e1cn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch podm\u00ednek se okr\u00e1daj\u00ed hlavn\u011b tehdy, kdy\u017e pak ned\u011blaj\u00ed u\u017e nic jin\u00e9ho a sv\u016fj \u010das tr\u00e1v\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e ve vnit\u0159n\u00edch prostorech.
