Vendar ga je znanost za\u010dela intenzivneje preu\u010devati, ko je bil efedrin zaradi stranskih u\u010dinkov prepovedan. Postopoma se je za\u010del odkrivati njegov <strong>potencial za izgubo telesne te\u017ee ali nadzor apetita<\/strong>. Kako torej deluje sinefrin in kak\u0161ni so njegovi u\u010dinki?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kaj_je_sinefrin\"><\/span>Kaj je sinefrin?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/sinefrin-gymbeam.html\" class=\"ek-link\">Sinefrin<\/a> je alkaloid, ki se naravno pojavlja v nekaterih agrumih. Vendar je njegov glavni vir <strong>lupina grenke pomaran\u010de<\/strong> (<em>Citrus aurantium<\/em>). Slednja izvira iz Azije in je \u017ee dolgo znana v <strong>tradicionalni kitajski medicini<\/strong>, kjer jo uporabljajo pri prebavnih te\u017eavah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Danes se pogosto uporablja <strong>izvle\u010dek grenke pomaran\u010de<\/strong>, ki je standardiziran na <strong>p-sinefrin<\/strong>. To je oblika sinefrina, ki je najbolj znana in katere u\u010dinki so najbolj opisani. Ta alkaloid, ki je po strukturi podoben adrenalinu ali <strong>prepovedanemu efedrinu<\/strong>, je danes znan predvsem po svojih u\u010dinkih na presnovo in izgorevanje ma\u0161\u010dob. Vendar \u0161e vedno primanjkuje informacij in njegov splo\u0161ni u\u010dinek na telo ni znan. Zato je potrebnih \u0161e veliko \u0161tudij, ki bodo pojasnile njegov vpliv na telo in nam pomagale razumeti njegov polni potencial. Kaj trenutno vemo o sinefrinu?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Pomaga pri izgorevanju ma\u0161\u010dob in huj\u0161anju<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ena tableta sinefrina vam morda ne bo zagotovila izklesanega trebuha in sanjske postave, kot obljubljajo \u0161tevilni izdelki Ozempic, vendar se je izkazalo, da je \u0161e vedno lahko <strong>obetaven pripomo\u010dek za huj\u0161anje<\/strong>. Glede na raziskave lahko namre\u010d verjetno <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/kako-pospesiti-metabolizem-in-pokuriti-vec-kalorij\/\" class=\"ek-link\">pomaga pospe\u0161iti presnovo<\/a><\/strong> in <strong>pove\u010dati porabo energije<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdi se namre\u010d, da vpliva na <strong>pove\u010danje hitrosti presnove v mirovanju<\/strong>, kar je energija, ki jo telo potrebuje med budnostjo, ko nismo telesno aktivni. To je verjetno posledica njegovega <strong>termogenega u\u010dinka<\/strong>. Zaradi tega telo proizvaja ve\u010d toplote, ki se je mora znebiti v okviru termoregulacije, kar ga stane nekaj dodatne energije. Tako lahko sinefrin zaradi tega u\u010dinka pove\u010da skupno porabo energije. Znanstveniki domnevajo tudi, da bi lahko sinefrin spodbujal samo <strong>lipolizo<\/strong>, tj. <strong>razgradnjo in izgorevanje ma\u0161\u010dob<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendar se zdi, da ima najbolj\u0161e u\u010dinke v kombinaciji z drugimi snovmi, kot je kofein. Pri tem ima pomembno vlogo tako imenovani <strong>sinergijski u\u010dinek<\/strong>. U\u010dinek vsake snovi je v tej kombinaciji na koncu ve\u010dji, kot bi bil, \u010de bi jo uporabljali samostojno. U\u010dinek sinefrina s kofeinom je na primer opisan tudi v metaanalizi, ki navaja, da je 12 mg sinefrina v kombinaciji s 300 mg kofeina in 300 mg EGCG pove\u010dalo presnovo za 9-13,5 %, kar je bilo o\u010ditno 2- 3 ure po odmerjanju. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[6]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Po mnenju znanosti: vpliv sinefrina na presnovo v mirovanju<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Delovanje p-sinefrina na pove\u010danje hitrosti presnove v mirovanju je bilo dokazano v \u0161tudiji, v kateri je bilo opazovanih 50 udele\u017eencev. Razdeljeni so bili v <strong>pet skupin<\/strong>. Vsem udele\u017eencem so izmerili hitrost presnove v mirovanju na te\u0161\u010de in nato <strong>75 minut<\/strong> po zau\u017eitju predpisane kombinacije snovi. Ena od skupin je jemala placebo, druga je prejela <strong>50 mg p-sinefrina<\/strong>, tretji skupini pa so predpisali <strong>50 mg p-sinefrina<\/strong> in <strong>600 mg naringina<\/strong>. Drugi dve sta jemali p-sinefrin v kombinaciji z razli\u010dnimi koli\u010dinami <strong>naringina<\/strong> in <strong>hesperidina<\/strong>. Naringin in hesperidin spadata med flavonoide, ki so prav tako zna\u010dilni za agrume in verjetno vplivajo na primer na zni\u017eanje ravni sladkorja v krvi ali holesterola. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[7]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri drugem merjenju po 75 minutah so raziskovalci ocenili, za koliko se je v povpre\u010dju v vsaki skupini pove\u010dala hitrost presnove v mirovanju.<span style=\"color: #ff6600\"> [7]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Uporaba p-sinefrina je v primerjavi <strong>s placebom<\/strong> <strong>pove\u010dala hitrost presnove v mirovanju<\/strong> za pribli\u017eno 6,9 % (pribli\u017eno 65 kcal). \u0160e ve\u010dje pove\u010danje pa se je pojavilo po jemanju kombinacije z naringinom. Najve\u010dje pove\u010danje je bilo pri kombinaciji z naringinom in hesperidinom. Podpira telesno zmogljivost <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/sinefrin-gymbeam.html\" class=\"ek-link\">Sinefrin<\/a> se uporablja tudi kot sestavina <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/stimulatorji-pred-treningom\" class=\"ek-link\">predvadbenih stimulansov<\/a> zaradi potencialnega vpliva na podporo \u0161portni zmogljivosti. Ni natan\u010dno znano, kako deluje, vendar je lahko v ozadju ve\u010d razli\u010dnih mehanizmov. Ta snov na primer verjetno pove\u010da <strong>razgradnjo glikogena v glukozo<\/strong> (glikogenolizo) v jetrih in poleg tega spodbuja <strong>oskrbo mi\u0161i\u010dnih celic z glukozo<\/strong>. Hkrati se zdi, da lahko spodbuja tudi uporabo ma\u0161\u010dob kot vira energije za mi\u0161ice, kar pomeni, da lahko med vadbo pomaga kuriti ve\u010d energije iz ma\u0161\u010dob. Razdeljeni so bili v <strong>\u0161tiri skupine<\/strong>, pri \u010demer ena skupina ni jemala ni\u010desar, druga je prejemala <strong>placebo<\/strong>, tretja <strong>p-sinefrin<\/strong> (100 mg), \u010detrta pa je poleg sinefrina (100 mg) jemala \u0161e <strong>kofein<\/strong> (100 mg).<span style=\"color: #ff6600\"> [4]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Raziskovalci so ugotavljali, kako je jemanje teh snovi vplivalo na mo\u010d, zlasti na <strong>\u0161tevilo ponovitev pri po\u010depih<\/strong>. Eksperimentalni protokol je bil sestavljen iz 6 serij po\u010depov z najve\u010d 10 ponovitvami na serijo z obremenitvijo 80% najve\u010dje te\u017ee. \u010casovni presledek med serijami je bil 2 minuti.
