Ebben az \u00fagynevezett <strong>szinergia<\/strong> j\u00e1tszik szerepet \u2013 az egyes anyagok hat\u00e1sa egy\u00fcttesen er\u0151sebb, mintha csak \u00f6nmagukban alkalmazn\u00e1k \u0151ket. A naringin \u00e9s a heszperidin a citrusf\u00e9l\u00e9kben szint\u00e9n term\u00e9szetes m\u00f3don megtal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 <strong>flavonoidok<\/strong> k\u00f6z\u00e9 tartoznak, \u00e9s el\u0151seg\u00edtik a v\u00e9rcukor-, valamint a koleszterinszint cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s\u00e9t.&nbsp;[7]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A 75 perccel k\u00e9s\u0151bb v\u00e9grehajtott m\u00e1sodik m\u00e9r\u00e9s sor\u00e1n a kutat\u00f3k azt vizsg\u00e1lt\u00e1k, hogyan n\u00f6vekedett a nyugalmi anyagcsere \u00e1tlagos \u00e9rt\u00e9ke az egyes csoportokban.&nbsp;[7]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A p-szinefrin alkalmaz\u00e1sa az eredm\u00e9nyek szerint <strong>a placeb\u00f3hoz k\u00e9pest<\/strong> k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl 6,9%-al (kb. 65 kal\u00f3ri\u00e1val) <strong>n\u00f6velte a nyugalmi anyagcsere \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9t.<\/strong> Azonban m\u00e9g enn\u00e9l is nagyobb n\u00f6veked\u00e9s volt megfigyelhet\u0151, amikor naringinnel kombin\u00e1lva alkalmazt\u00e1k.
