Ne ka\u017ed\u00e9mu se v\u0161ak chce nebo ne ka\u017ed\u00fd uchop\u00ed aktivitu v l\u00e9t\u011b za ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd a bezpe\u010dn\u00fd konec. Jedn\u00edm z nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch faktor\u016f b\u00fdvaj\u00ed i <strong>po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 vedra, kter\u00e1 mohou b\u00fdt probl\u00e9mem<\/strong> v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee chceme z\u016fstat aktivn\u00ed a udr\u017eet si na\u0161e pracn\u011b budovan\u00e9 sportovn\u00ed zvyky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro na\u0161i fyzickou pohodu je proto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 naj\u00edt zp\u016fsoby, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m pomohou h\u00fdbat se i b\u011bhem l\u00e9ta. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd probl\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Proto jsme pro v\u00e1s v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku p\u0159ipravili n\u011bkolik<strong> tip\u016f, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm zvl\u00e1dnete z\u016fstat v pohybu a naplno vyu\u017eijete aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed sez\u00f3nu hork\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.<\/strong> A\u0165 u\u017e jde \u00fapravu tr\u00e9ninku, vodn\u00ed aktivity nebo sportov\u00e1n\u00ed v dob\u011b, kdy je venku nejm\u00e9n\u011b horko. A\u0165 u\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o <strong>pohodln\u00e9 eskal\u00e1tory v n\u00e1kupn\u00edm centru, elektrick\u00e9 kolob\u011b\u017eky nebo klimatizovan\u00e9 auto.<\/strong> Pr\u00e1v\u011b to b\u00fdv\u00e1 nejen v l\u00e9t\u011b obl\u00edben\u00fdm prost\u0159edkem, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee s rychl\u00fdm a pohodln\u00fdm p\u0159esunem z bodu A do bodu B. Jsou mezi n\u00e1mi lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed ho vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pouze v nutn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech, ale i tac\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed si bez n\u011bj u\u017e nedok\u00e1\u017eou p\u0159edstavit pohyb m\u011bstem. Pokud pat\u0159\u00edte do druh\u00e9 skupiny, zkuste pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed auta trochu omezit. Kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 letn\u00ed po\u010das\u00ed je p\u0159ece jako stvo\u0159en\u00e9 k pohybu. Jak na to?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h3\">1. V tomto sm\u011bru se v\u0161ak nem\u016f\u017eeme vymlouvat ani na horko, jeliko\u017e prostory v letn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch b\u00fdvaj\u00ed klimatizovan\u00e9.
