V\u011bda se j\u00edm v\u0161ak za\u010dala intenzivn\u011bji zab\u00fdvat tehdy, kdy\u017e byl kv\u016fli sv\u00fdm ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm zak\u00e1z\u00e1n efedrin. Postupn\u011b se tak za\u010dal odkr\u00fdvat jeho potenci\u00e1l spojen\u00fd s<strong> hubnut\u00edm \u010di kontrolou apetitu.<\/strong> Jak tedy synefrin funguje a jak\u00e9 m\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinky?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_synefrin\"><\/span>Co je synefrin?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/synefrin-90-tbl-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Synefrin<\/a> je alkaloid, kter\u00fd se p\u0159irozen\u011b vyskytuje v n\u011bkter\u00fdch citrusov\u00fdch plodech. Jeho hlavn\u00edm zdrojem je v\u0161ak k\u016fra plod\u016f z <strong>pomeran\u010dovn\u00edku ho\u0159k\u00e9ho <\/strong>(<em>Citrus aurantium<\/em>). Ten p\u016fvodn\u011b poch\u00e1z\u00ed z Asie a ji\u017e dlouhodob\u011b je zn\u00e1m\u00fd v <strong>tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 medic\u00edn\u011b<\/strong>, kde se pou\u017e\u00edval p\u0159i probl\u00e9mech s tr\u00e1ven\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes se typicky vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 <strong>extrakt z pomeran\u010dovn\u00edku ho\u0159k\u00e9ho,<\/strong> kter\u00fd je standardizov\u00e1n na <strong>p-synefrin. <\/strong>Jedn\u00e1 se o formu synefrinu, kter\u00e1 je nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky jsou <strong>pops\u00e1ny nejl\u00e9pe. <\/strong>Tento alkaloid strukturou podobn\u00fd <strong>adrenalinu <\/strong>\u010di <strong>zak\u00e1zan\u00e9mu efedrinu <\/strong>dnes zn\u00e1me zejm\u00e9na d\u00edky jeho \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm na metabolismus a spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tuk\u016f. St\u00e1le v\u0161ak chyb\u00ed mnoho informac\u00ed a nen\u00ed zn\u00e1mo jeho celkov\u00e9 p\u016fsoben\u00ed na organismus. Proto je pot\u0159eba je\u0161t\u011b mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch studi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jeho efekt na t\u011blo v\u00edce objasn\u00ed a pomohou n\u00e1m porozum\u011bt jeho potenci\u00e1lu v cel\u00e9m rozsahu. Co u\u017e dnes o synefrinu v\u00edme?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 se spalov\u00e1n\u00edm tuku a hubnut\u00edm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna tableta synefrinu v\u00e1m sice nezaru\u010d\u00ed vyr\u00fdsovan\u00e9 b\u0159icho a vysn\u011bnou postavu, podobn\u011b jak si mnoz\u00ed slibuj\u00ed od Ozempicu, ale ukazuje se, \u017ee i tak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt slibn\u00fdm<strong> pomocn\u00edkem p\u0159i hubnut\u00ed.<\/strong> Podle v\u00fdzkum\u016f toti\u017e m\u016f\u017ee pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b pomoci <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/jak-zrychlit-metabolismus-a-spalovat-vice\/\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>zrychlit metabolismus<\/strong><\/a> a <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161it energetick\u00fd v\u00fddej. <\/strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1 toti\u017e z\u0159ejm\u011b vliv na<strong> zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed klidov\u00e9ho metabolismu,<\/strong> co\u017e je energie pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 pro t\u011blo v dob\u011b bd\u011bn\u00ed, kdy\u017e jsme bez jak\u00e9koliv fyzick\u00e9 aktivity. Synefrin tak d\u00edky tomuto efektu m\u016f\u017ee <strong>zvy\u0161ovat celkov\u00fd energetick\u00fd v\u00fddej. <\/strong>V\u011bdci z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1daj\u00ed, \u017ee synefrin by mohl podporovat samotnou <strong>lipol\u00fdzu <\/strong>\u010dili <strong>\u0161t\u011bpen\u00ed a spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tuku<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky m\u00e1 v\u0161ak z\u0159ejm\u011b v kombinaci s jin\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad kofein. Hraje v tom roli tzv. <strong>synergick\u00fd efekt.<\/strong> P\u016fsoben\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch l\u00e1tek je v t\u00e9to kombinaci v kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e kdyby byly pou\u017eity samostatn\u011b. Efekt synefrinu s kofeinem je pops\u00e1n nap\u0159\u00edklad tak\u00e9 v meta-anal\u00fdze, kter\u00e1 hovo\u0159\u00ed o tom, \u017ee 12 mg synefrinu v kombinaci s 300 mg kofeinu a 300 mg EGCG zv\u00fd\u0161ilo metabolismus o 9 &#8211; 13,5 %, co\u017e se projevilo 2-3 hodiny po jejich pod\u00e1n\u00ed. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[6]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak to vid\u00ed v\u011bda: vliv synefrinu na klidov\u00fd metabolismus<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u016fsoben\u00ed p-synefrinu na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed klidov\u00e9ho metabolismu se uk\u00e1zalo ve studii, kter\u00e1 sledovala 50 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f. Jedna ze skupin u\u017e\u00edvala <strong>placebo, <\/strong>druh\u00e1 dost\u00e1vala <strong>50 mg p-synefrinu <\/strong>a t\u0159et\u00ed skupin\u011b bylo p\u0159edeps\u00e1no <strong>50 mg p-synefrinu <\/strong>a <strong>600 mg naringinu.<\/strong> Dal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b u\u017e\u00edvaly p-synefrin v kombinaci s r\u016fzn\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm <strong>naringinu <\/strong>a <strong>hesperidinu. Naringin <\/strong>a <strong>hesperidin <\/strong>pat\u0159\u00ed mezi <strong>flavonoidy, <\/strong>tak\u00e9 p\u016fvodem z citrus\u016f, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b vliv nap\u0159\u00edklad na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hladiny cukru \u010di cholesterolu v krvi. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[7]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve druh\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed po uplynut\u00ed 75 minut v\u011bdci zhodnotili, o kolik se u ka\u017ed\u00e9 ze skupin pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161il klidov\u00fd metabolismus. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[7]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p-synefrinu<strong> zv\u00fd\u0161ilo klidov\u00fd metabolismus ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s placebem,<\/strong> a to zhruba o 6,9 % (cca 65 kcal). Je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst v\u0161ak nastal po u\u017eit\u00ed kombinace s naringinem. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst byl p\u0159i kombinaci s naringinem i hesperidinem. Jeho efekt je v\u0161ak n\u011bkolikan\u00e1sobn\u011b men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad u efedrinu \u010di jin\u00fdch jemu podobn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, a tak je obecn\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1n za bezpe\u010dn\u00fd. P\u0159esto jsou v\u0161ak zaznamen\u00e1ny ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 tepov\u00e1 frekvence<\/strong> (tachykardie) \u010di<strong> zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak.<\/strong> Z\u0159ejm\u011b tak z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na individu\u00e1ln\u00ed citlivosti ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s.
