Bez bolesti, otoku nebo zarudnut\u00ed nevy\u017eaduje l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed. <strong>Akutn\u00ed nebo dlouhotrvaj\u00edc\u00ed bolest <\/strong>vy\u017eaduje n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvu<strong>ortopeda <\/strong>nebo <strong>fyzioterapeuta.<\/strong> Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi jsou osteoartritida, poran\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159edn\u00edho zk\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00e9ho vazu (<strong>ACL<\/strong>), poran\u011bn\u00ed menisk\u016f, tendinitida (tendonitida), patelofemor\u00e1ln\u00ed syndrom a Osgood-Schatterova nemoc. <strong>P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou bolesti<\/strong> b\u00fdvaj\u00ed svalov\u00e9 dysbalance, nadv\u00e1ha nebo nevhodn\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed. P\u0159i m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edch pom\u016f\u017ee band\u00e1\u017e, ort\u00e9za nebo odborn\u00e9 tejpov\u00e1n\u00ed kolene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i chronick\u00e9 bolesti pom\u00e1haj\u00ed protahovac\u00ed cviky na kvadricepsy a hamstringy, mas\u00e1\u017e sval\u016f doln\u00edch kon\u010detin pomoc\u00ed mas\u00e1\u017en\u00edho v\u00e1lce a posilovac\u00ed cviky na kolenn\u00ed vazy. Fyzioterapeut provede pohybovou diagnostiku a sestav\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u00ed cvi\u010debn\u00ed pl\u00e1n. Z ka\u017ed\u00e9 skupiny cvik\u016f zvolte maxim\u00e1ln\u011b <strong>3<\/strong> a cvi\u010dte je pravideln\u011b. Bolest pak m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ej\u00edt po p\u00e1r dnech, ale taky se dok\u00e1\u017ee v na\u0161ich kolenech zabydlet na m\u011bs\u00edce i roky. Pouze l\u00e9ka\u0159 v\u0161ak dok\u00e1\u017ee na z\u00e1klad\u011b detailn\u00edho vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed stanovit p\u0159esnou diagn\u00f3zu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Osteoartritida (osteoartr\u00f3za):<\/strong> Doch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159i n\u00ed k opot\u0159eben\u00ed chrupavky, kter\u00e1 se zten\u010duje, a kosti se tak setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed s men\u0161\u00ed tlum\u00edc\u00ed vrstvou.
