Rinse the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-chickpeas-ready-to-eat-vanavita.html\">chickpeas<\/a>,<\/strong> drain them, and place them in a baking dish along with the carrots and onions. In a small bowl, mix <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\">olive oil<\/a> with crushed garlic, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-sweet-ground-paprika-sonnentor.html\">ground sweet paprika<\/a>, smoked paprika, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-ground-cumin-sonnentor.html\">ground cumin<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\">salt<\/a> to taste.<\/strong> Stir thoroughly. Combine \u2154 of this oil mixture with the vegetables in the baking dish. Next, take the prepared <strong>chicken thighs<\/strong> and <strong>season them with salt and <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\">black pepper<\/a> to your liking.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, we coat the chicken with the remaining \u2153 of the oil mixture and place it on top of the prepared vegetables. If needed, add some water to the baking dish. Cover the dish with a lid (if available) or use aluminium foil. Place it in a <strong>preheated oven at 200 \u00b0C (392 \u00b0F) and bake for 40 minutes.<\/strong> During this time, you can check the chicken, turn it over, and add water if necessary. Afterward, remove the lid from the baking dish, turn the chicken skin-side up, and continue baking for an additional <strong>20\u201330 minutes<\/strong> to make the skin nice and crispy.
