Fortunatamente, il petto di pollo \u00e8 un ingrediente versatile che si pu\u00f2 preparare ogni volta in modo diverso. Oggi abbiamo deciso di abbinarlo al couscous, alle verdure e al pesto di basilico, che lega perfettamente l&#8217;intero piatto. Una volta cotto, mettete il pollo da parte per il momento. Nella stessa padella, aggiungete l&#8217;<strong>aglio<\/strong> tritato finemente e lasciatelo sfrigolare per un momento. Quindi, aggiungete i <strong>fagiolini, i piselli<\/strong> surgelati e i <strong>pomodori ciliegini<\/strong> tagliati a met\u00e0 e fateli saltare velocemente. Riportate il pollo scottato in padella, aggiungete il pesto di basilico e mescolate bene il tutto. A questo punto, se necessario, regolate il condimento con una spolverata di sale e pepe. Coprite il couscous con un coperchio, <strong>lasciatelo riposare per 5 minuti e poi schiacciatelo<\/strong> con una forchetta. Ora che tutto \u00e8 pronto, \u00e8 il momento di servire. Iniziate disponendo un letto di couscous su un piatto, quindi completate con il composto di pollo e verdure.
