Prepariamo infatti una specialit\u00e0 locale che si pu\u00f2 trovare in quasi ogni angolo del paese. Naturalmente, abbiamo apportato alcune modifiche in base alle nostre preferenze. Per esempio, abbiamo aggiunto delle proteine in polvere alla crema per renderla pi\u00f9 nutriente e proteica. Poi, prendi un <strong>rotolo di pasta sfoglia da 120 g<\/strong>, arrotolalo come un cilindro e taglialo a pezzi da <strong>2 cm<\/strong> (quasi un pollice). Dopo averlo srotolato, avrai delle strisce che potrai stendere per formare dei dischi sottili. Inserisci questi dischi per foderare l&#8217;apposita formina della teglia per muffin, formando una crostatina che verr\u00e0 poi farcita con la crema. Ora passiamo alla preparazione della crema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Versa il latte in un pentolino, aggiungi<strong> la scorza di limone<\/strong>,<strong> la stecca di cannella intera e porta a ebollizione<\/strong>. Togli il latte bollente dal fuoco, quindi mescola con una frusta insieme a <a aria-label=\" (si apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/xilitolo-350-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>xilitolo<\/strong><\/a>, <a aria-label=\" (si apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/farine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>farina<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>e<strong> <\/strong><a aria-label=\" (si apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/proteine-just-whey-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>proteine in polvere<\/strong><\/a>,<strong>&nbsp;avendo cura di rimuovere prima la stecca di cannella e la scorza di limone<\/strong>.<strong> <\/strong>La crema deve essere liscia. Se si sono formati dei grumi, filtrala attraverso un colino o<strong> frullala con un frullatore a immersione<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In una ciotola a parte, sbatti i <strong>tuorli d&#8217;uovo<\/strong> e con un cucchiaio incorpora gradualmente circa <strong>100 ml della crema ancora calda<\/strong>. Versa quindi il composto con i tuorli nella casseruola con la restante crema. Mescola ancora lentamente e porta a ebollizione. La <strong>consistenza<\/strong> deve essere simile a quella di una <strong>crema pasticcera<\/strong>. Versa ora la crema nelle crostatine di pasta frolla preparate precedentemente e inforna a <strong>240\u00b0C per circa 10 minuti<\/strong>.
