Aceste b\u0103uturi, cu lipsa lor de calorii pot fi considerate o raz\u0103 de speran\u021b\u0103, \u00een special \u00een timpul \u00eencerc\u0103rii de pierdere \u00een greutate c\u00e2nd \u00eencerc\u0103m s\u0103 men\u021binem un deficit caloric. Totu\u0219i, asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 le putem consuma f\u0103r\u0103 re\u021bineri? De\u0219i pot fi lipsite de zah\u0103r, con\u021bin totu\u0219i o serie de alte substan\u021be, de multe ori controversa\u021bii \u00eendulcitori artificiali.
