Pripravili bomo lokalno specialiteto, ki jo tam najdete skoraj na vsakem vogalu. Seveda smo jo nekoliko prilagodili svojim \u017eeljam. Na primer, smetani smo dodali nekaj beljakovin v prahu, da bi bila bolj hranljiva. Nato vzemite <strong>120 g kos listnatega testa<\/strong>, ga zvijete v kepo in nare\u017eite na <strong>2 cm<\/strong> (skoraj 1 palec) velike kose. Ko\u0161\u010dke odvijete in spremenili se bodo v trakove, ki jih lahko razvaljate v tanke diske. S temi diski enakomerno oblo\u017eite celotno povr\u0161ino vsake luknjice za mafine in oblikujte testeninski kola\u010d, ki bo napolnjen s kremo. Zdaj pa se lotimo priprave kreme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V manj\u0161o posodo vlijte mleko, dodajte ko\u0161\u010dek <strong>limonine lupinice<\/strong> in <strong>celo cimetovo pal\u010dko<\/strong> ter zavrite. Odstavite vrelo mleko z ognja, nato z metlico vme\u0161ajte <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/ksilitol-gymbeam.html\"><strong>ksilitol<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/moka\"><strong>moko<\/strong><\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/just-whey-protein-1000-g-gymbeam.html\"><strong>beljakovine v prahu<\/strong><\/a> ter <strong>odstranite cimetovo pal\u010dko in ko\u0161\u010dek limonine lupine<\/strong>. Krema mora biti gladka. \u010ce so nastale grudice, jo precedite skozi sito ali zme\u0161ajte s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V lo\u010deni skledi stepite <strong>rumenjake<\/strong> in z \u017elico postopoma vme\u0161ajte pribli\u017eno <strong>100 ml vro\u010de smetane<\/strong>. Me\u0161anico rumenjakov nato prelijte nazaj v posodo z vro\u010do smetano. Vse skupaj po\u010dasi preme\u0161ajte in zavrite. <strong>Konsistenca<\/strong> mora biti podobna <strong>redki kremi<\/strong>. Vro\u010do kremo vlijte v pripravljene peka\u010de in jih pribli\u017eno <strong>10 minut pecite pri 240 \u00b0C<\/strong>.
