U dana\u0161njem \u010dlanku \u0107emo vam re\u0107i vi\u0161e o tome \u0161to on podrazumijeva i kako se s njime boriti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_je_FOMO\"><\/span>\u0160to je FOMO?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOMO <\/strong>je engleski akronim koji predstavlja strah od propu\u0161tanja. Tipi\u010dno to mo\u017ee izgledati kao npr. zabrinutost da ne\u0107ete na vrijeme reagirati na novu objavu i da \u0107ete zbog toga ne\u0161to propustiti ili da ne\u0107ete odgovoriti na poruku prijatelja onoliko brzo koliko oni o\u010dekuju od vas. \u010cesto podi\u017eete mobitel samo da <strong>provjerite imate li obavijesti ili da na brzinu pregledate svoj feed ili pri\u010de<\/strong> i uvjerite se da se stvarno ni\u0161ta zanimljivo ne doga\u0111a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, <strong>FOMO se mo\u017ee manifestirati u mnogim drugim situacijama<\/strong>. Mo\u017ee se dogoditi, naprimjer, u vezi s raznim trendi stvarima koje imaju gotovo svi oko vas, kada odjednom dobijete \u017eelju kupiti i njih. \u010cesto mo\u017eda niste ni toliko sigurni da \u0107e te stvari doista biti prikladne za vas. Isto vrijedi i za situacije kada ljudi oko vas <strong>po\u010dnu ulagati i pri\u010dati o tome.<\/strong> Mo\u017eda \u0107ete tada imati kompulzivnu potrebu da se i vi upustite u to, kako slu\u010dajno ne biste propustili ne\u0161to sjajno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cijela stvar zapravo i nije toliko iznena\u0111uju\u0107a. Ljudi imaju potrebu biti dio dru\u0161tva, ali ostaje pitanje gdje je granica izme\u0111u onoga \u0161to je jo\u0161 u redu i kada to prelazi granicu podno\u0161ljivog? <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[1]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemogu\u0107e je to\u010dno odrediti kada je potreba za odre\u0111enim stvarima normalna, a kada je, s druge strane, nekontrolirani FOMO. Svaka osoba ima tu granicu druga\u010dije postavljenu u svojoj glavi. Me\u0111utim, obi\u010dno se <strong>ljudi zainteresiraju za fenomen FOMO u trenutku kada po\u010dnu osje\u0107ati da bi i sami mogli imati problem.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako se FOMO mo\u017ee manifestirati u online okru\u017eenju?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mo\u017ee vam smetati \u010dinjenica da ste <strong>stalno na mobitelu<\/strong> i ne ispunjavate svoje normalne obveze.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Osje\u0107ate se pod stresom kada nemate mobitel sa sobom i ne mo\u017eete ga redovito provjeravati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pretjerano ste zabrinuti za \u017eivote drugih ljudi i<strong> uspore\u0111ujete se<\/strong>&nbsp;s njima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pla\u0161i vas pomisao da \u0107ete tijekom dana ostati bez baterije i da niste online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Va\u0161i bli\u017enji isti\u010du da stalno <strong>gledate u mobitel<\/strong> i ne obra\u0107ate pa\u017enju na njih.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj bi se popis mogao nastaviti, dodaju\u0107i jo\u0161 mnogo sli\u010dnih to\u010daka koje ukazuju na to da ne\u0161to nije u redu.
