Unroll the pieces and they will turn into strips that you can roll out into thin discs. Use these discs to line the entire area of each muffin hole evenly, forming a pastry tart that will be filled with the cream. Now let&#8217;s move on to preparing the cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour milk into a small saucepan, add the piece of <strong>lemon peel and the whole cinnamon stick, and bring it to a boil.<\/strong> Remove the boiling milk from the heat, then mix in <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/xylitol-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>xylitol<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flours\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>flour<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;and <\/strong><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/protein-just-whey-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>protein powder<\/strong><\/a> using a whisk and<strong> remove the cinnamon stick and the piece of lemon peel. <\/strong>The cream should be smooth. If any lumps have formed, strain it through a sieve or<strong> blend it with a stick blender.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In a separate bowl, beat the <strong>egg yolks<\/strong> and with a spoon gradually mix in about <strong>100 ml of the hot cream<\/strong>. Then pour the egg yolk mixture back into the saucepan with the hot cream. Stir everything together slowly and bring it to a boil.
