Nemaj\u00ed kalorie, a tak jsou jako takov\u00e9 sv\u011btlo na konci tunelu nap\u0159\u00edklad v pr\u016fb\u011bhu hubnut\u00ed, kdy bojujeme s kalorick\u00fdm deficitem. Znamen\u00e1 to v\u0161ak, \u017ee jich m\u016f\u017eeme vyp\u00edt kolik jen chceme? Cukr sice neobsahuj\u00ed, ale maj\u00ed v sob\u011b mnoho jin\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00fdm vedou \u010dasto diskutovan\u00e1 sladidla. Jak je to tedy se zdrav\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem t\u011bchto n\u00e1poj\u016f?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_jsou_nizkoenergeticke_napoje\"><\/span>Co jsou n\u00edzkoenergetick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Do t\u00e9to skupiny n\u00e1poj\u016f pat\u0159\u00ed ty se <strong>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm obsahem cukru<\/strong>, ale naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed se tak i n\u00e1poje bez cukru, o kter\u00fdch si dnes pov\u00edme v\u00edce. Ty mo\u017en\u00e1 zn\u00e1te i pod n\u00e1zvem <strong>dietn\u00ed n\u00e1poje<\/strong>. M\u016f\u017eeme mezi n\u011b za\u0159adit prakticky v\u0161echny ty, kter\u00e9 chutnaj\u00ed sladce, ale <strong>neobsahuj\u00ed cukr ani \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd jin\u00fd zdroj energie (kalori\u00ed)<\/strong>. Nam\u00edsto cukru jsou ochucen\u00e9 <strong>neenergetick\u00fdmi sladidly<\/strong>. Jde tak o r\u016fzn\u00e9<em> light<\/em> verze kolov\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f, limon\u00e1d, ochucen\u00fdch miner\u00e1ln\u00edch vod a dal\u0161\u00edch tekutin. Prakticky ka\u017ed\u00fd zn\u00e1m\u00fd n\u00e1poj, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad Coca-Cola, Sprite \u010di Fanta, m\u00e1 u\u017e dnes svou verzi bez cukru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edky nulov\u00e9 \u010di zanedbateln\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 hodnot\u011b jsou obl\u00edbenou <strong>alternativou n\u00e1poj\u016f slazen\u00fdch cukrem<\/strong> a s\u00e1hneme po nich tehdy, kdy\u017e se nap\u0159\u00edklad sna\u017e\u00edme zhubnout nebo jen nechceme p\u0159ij\u00edmat zbyte\u010dn\u011b mnoho jednoduch\u00e9ho cukru. Rozd\u00edl v energetick\u00e9 hodnot\u011b je toti\u017e celkem v\u00fdrazn\u00fd. Nap\u0159\u00edklad klasick\u00e1 Coca-Cola obsahuje cca 11 g cukru \/ 100 ml a 45 kcal \/ 100 ml. Varianty bez cukru v podob\u011b Coca-Coly <em>Zero<\/em> nebo <em>Light<\/em> v\u0161ak maj\u00ed 0 g cukru a 0 kalori\u00ed. Proto n\u00e1m na dosa\u017een\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9 sladk\u00e9 chuti sta\u010d\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b mal\u00e1 mno\u017estv\u00ed. Na\u0161e t\u011blo ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f tato sladidla dokonce v\u016fbec nezpracuje. V\u0161eobecn\u011b maj\u00ed mnohem <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed sladivost<\/strong> ne\u017e sachar\u00f3za (klasick\u00fd cukr) a \u010dastokr\u00e1t je nutn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvat jejich kombinace, proto\u017ee samotn\u00e9 maj\u00ed ho\u0159kou chu\u0165. P\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b n\u00e1poj\u016f a potravin se mohou pou\u017e\u00edvat pouze ta sladidla, kter\u00e1 jsou na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fdzkum\u016f pova\u017eovan\u00e1 za bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 a jsou schv\u00e1len\u00e1 <strong>Evropsk\u00fdm \u00fa\u0159adem pro bezpe\u010dnost potravin (EFSA) a Americk\u00fdm \u00fa\u0159adem pro kontrolu potravin a l\u00e9\u010div (FDA).<\/strong> Sladidla schv\u00e1len\u00e1 v E\u00da jsou <strong>ozna\u010den\u00e1 p\u00edsmenem E<\/strong> (pat\u0159\u00ed tak mezi &#8220;\u00e9\u010dka&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Acesulfam-K\">1. Acesulfam K<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Acesulfam K (E950), zn\u00e1m\u00fd pod k\u00f3dem E950, je zhruba <strong>180-200x slad\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e sachar\u00f3za<\/strong>. B\u011b\u017en\u011b se v\u0161ak pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v kombinaci s jin\u00fdmi sladidly, proto\u017ee samotn\u00fd zanech\u00e1v\u00e1 typicky ho\u0159kou pachu\u0165. Ta se v\u0161ak ve spojen\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi sladidly ztr\u00e1c\u00ed. Toto sladidlo se rychle vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1 a jeliko\u017e nen\u00ed v t\u011ble metabolizovan\u00e9, vylu\u010duje se v nezm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 podob\u011b. Za akceptovateln\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem (ADI) je pova\u017eovan\u00e1 d\u00e1vka 9 mg\/kg t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti (TH). Pro 70kg \u010dlov\u011bka to p\u0159edstavuje 630 mg sladidla, zat\u00edmco pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd odhadovan\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem se pohybuje okolo 14-119 mg\/den a je tak hluboko pod hodnotou ADI. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[3,4,7]<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Aspartam\">2. Aspartam<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspartam (E951) se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze dvou aminokyselin, <strong>fenylalaninu a kyseliny aspar\u00e1gov\u00e9<\/strong>. Toto sladidlo je zhruba <strong>200x slad\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e cukr<\/strong>. Nen\u00ed v\u0161ak vhodn\u00fd k tepeln\u00e9 \u00faprav\u011b, proto\u017ee je tepeln\u011b nestabiln\u00ed a p\u016fsoben\u00edm tepla z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 ho\u0159kou chu\u0165. I navzdory tomu je v\u0161ak roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00fd v mnoh\u00fdch potravinov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch, jako jsou krom\u011b light n\u00e1poj\u016f nap\u0159\u00edklad \u017ev\u00fdka\u010dky, dezerty nebo zmrzliny. Vyh\u00fdbat by se mu v\u0161ak m\u011bli lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed trp\u00ed <strong>fenylketon\u00fariou<\/strong>, tedy ti, jejich\u017e t\u011blo nedok\u00e1\u017ee zpracovat aminokyselinu fenylalanin, kter\u00fd vznik\u00e1 metabolizac\u00ed fenylalaninu. Stanoven\u00e1 hodnota ADI pro zdrav\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka je 40 mg\/kg TH. Osoba s hmotnost\u00ed 70 kg tak m\u016f\u017ee bezpe\u010dn\u011b p\u0159ijmout a\u017e 2800 mg, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem p\u0159edstavuje zhruba 14-287 mg, co\u017e je hluboko pod hodnotou ADI. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4,7,15]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Cyklamat\">3. Cyklam\u00e1t<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cyklam\u00e1t (E952) m\u00e1 v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s ostatn\u00edm sladidly pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00edzkou sladivost (je 30x vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e sladivost cukru). Z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1 m\u00edrn\u011b ho\u0159kou chu\u0165, proto ho b\u011b\u017en\u011b najdeme v kombinaci s jin\u00fdmi sladidly. A\u010dkoliv byl jistou dobu zak\u00e1zan\u00fd kv\u016fli mo\u017en\u00fdm karcinogenn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm, dnes je pova\u017eovan\u00fd za bezpe\u010dn\u00fd. Studie, kter\u00e9 poukazovaly na riziko vzniku rakoviny mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e byly toti\u017e d\u011blan\u00e9 na hlodavc\u00edch a nav\u00edc s pou\u017eit\u00edm vysok\u00fdch d\u00e1vek cyklam\u00e1tu. Studie u lid\u00ed v\u0161ak takov\u00e9 riziko nepotvrdily. Jeho akceptovateln\u00e1 denn\u00ed d\u00e1vka je 7 mg\/kg TH, co\u017e pro 70kg \u010dlov\u011bka p\u0159edstavuje 490 mg. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem je zhruba 28-168 mg. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4,7,16]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Neotam\">4. Neotam<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Neotam (E961) se chemicky podob\u00e1 aspartamu, ale jeho sladivost je a\u017e <strong>7000-13 000x vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u sachar\u00f3zy<\/strong>. Jeho chu\u0165 je podobn\u00e1 klasick\u00e9mu cukru a dokonce m\u00e1 schopnost v\u0161eobecn\u011b zlep\u0161ovat chu\u0165ov\u00e9 vlastnosti potraviny. Toto sladidlo se v t\u011ble metabolizuje, ale na rozd\u00edl od aspartamu se z n\u011bj neuvol\u0148uje fenylalanin, a tak ho mohou konzumovat i lid\u00e9 s fenylketon\u00fari\u00ed. Jeho ADI je stanovan\u00e9 na 2mg\/kg TH. Pro 70kg \u010dlov\u011bka je to 140 mg sladidla, zat\u00edmco pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem se pohybuje okolo 3,5-12 mg. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4,7]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Sacharin\">5. Sacharin<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sacharin (E954) je prvn\u00ed um\u011ble vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 sladidlo a m\u00e1 a\u017e <strong>300x<\/strong> slad\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165 ne\u017e sachar\u00f3za. M\u016f\u017eete ho zn\u00e1t ve form\u011b mal\u00fdch tabletek nebo pr\u00e1\u0161ku, kter\u00e9 se typicky prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed jako sladidlo pro osoby <strong>s cukrovkou<\/strong>. I u tohoto sladidla se v\u011bdci ur\u010ditou dobu domn\u00edvali, \u017ee by mohlo b\u00fdt karcinogenn\u00ed (konkr\u00e9tn\u011b zvy\u0161ovat riziko rakoviny mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e). To v\u0161ak bylo n\u00e1sledn\u011b vyvr\u00e1cen\u00e9. P\u016fvodn\u00ed studie byly toti\u017e d\u011blan\u00e9 na my\u0161\u00edch a v\u00fdzkumy na lidech tyto domn\u011bnky vyvr\u00e1tily. Nyn\u00ed je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed sacharinu pova\u017eovan\u00e9 za bezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Jeho ADI je 2,5 mg\/kg TH. Osoba s t\u011blesnou hmotnost\u00ed 70 kg tak m\u016f\u017ee denn\u011b p\u0159ijmout 175 mg, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 d\u00e1vka se pohybuje okolo rozmez\u00ed 7-140 mg. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4,7]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Sukraloza\">6. Sukral\u00f3za<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sukral\u00f3za (E955) je 500-600x slad\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e sachar\u00f3za. Na rozd\u00edl od v\u011bt\u0161iny sladidel nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dnou nep\u0159\u00edjemnou pachu\u0165, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e je v potravin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed nejv\u00edce vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1. M\u016f\u017eete ji dokonce koupit jako samostatn\u00e9 sladidlo ve form\u011b <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/flavor-drops-50-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kapek<\/a> nebo v kombinaci s jin\u00fdmi v r\u016fzn\u00fdch <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/bezkaloricky-sirup-chocolate-syrup-320-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sirupech<\/a> a dal\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch. Ani sukral\u00f3za nen\u00ed v t\u011ble metabolizovan\u00e1. Po sn\u011bzen\u00ed je rychle vst\u0159eban\u00e1 a vylou\u010den\u00e1 v nezm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 podob\u011b. ADI pro sukral\u00f3zu je 5mg\/kg TH\/den. Osoba se 70 kg tak m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ijmout 350 mg sladidla, zat\u00edmco pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem je okolo 7-140 mg. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4,7]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Steviosidy\">7. Steviosidy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Steviosidy, naz\u00fdvan\u00e9 i steviol-glykosidy (E960), jsou l\u00e1tky sladk\u00e9 chuti, kter\u00e9 poch\u00e1z\u00ed z rostliny s n\u00e1zvem <strong>st\u00e9via sladk\u00e1<\/strong>. Jsou tak obl\u00edben\u00e9 kv\u016fli sv\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edmu p\u016fvodu, jako i sladivosti, kter\u00e1 je p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 200-300x vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u cukru. Podobn\u011b jako sukral\u00f3za je na trhu ve form\u011b r\u016fzn\u00fdch kapek, pr\u00e1\u0161ku nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/stevie-tabs-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tablet<\/a>, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt na slazen\u00ed pokrm\u016f a n\u00e1poj\u016f. Hodnota ADI je 4 mg\/kg TH. Zat\u00edmco 70 kg \u010dlov\u011bk si tak m\u016f\u017ee dop\u0159\u00e1t 280 mg denn\u011b, b\u011b\u017en\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem je zhruba 91-238 mg. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: I v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b sladidel tak plat\u00ed, \u017ee kdybychom je konzumovali v nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch, mohli bychom z\u0159ejm\u011b objevit ur\u010dit\u00e9 ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky. V\u0161echny sladidla schv\u00e1len\u00e1 FDA a EFSA tak maj\u00ed stanoven\u00e9 hodnoty <strong>ADI<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 ud\u00e1vaj\u00ed jejich <strong>akceptovateln\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem<\/strong> a v r\u00e1mci t\u011bchto mez\u00ed jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1na za <strong>bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pro zdrav\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokonce i tyto hodnoty je v\u0161ak b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm stravovac\u00edm re\u017eimem velmi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout, a tak nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba se ob\u00e1vat, \u017ee bychom b\u011b\u017enou stravou mohli tato mno\u017estv\u00ed p\u0159ekro\u010dit a zp\u016fsobit si zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my. St\u00e1le plat\u00ed, \u017ee na\u0161e strava by m\u011bla b\u00fdt pestr\u00e1, co nejv\u00edce zalo\u017een\u00e1 na \u010derstv\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch surovin\u00e1ch a z\u00e1kladem pitn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu by m\u011bla b\u00fdt voda.
