Il composto deve risultare liquido, ma non troppo. Versatene <strong>\u2154<\/strong> in uno stampo per muffin in silicone o in alcuni pirottini e cuocete in forno preriscaldato a <strong> 180 \u00b0C per circa 20-25 minuti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel frattempo, preparate la farcitura alle fragole. <strong>Versate le fragole surgelate<\/strong> in una pentola e aggiungete dell\u2019 <strong>acqua<\/strong> (circa 4 cucchiai o q.b.). Cuocete a fiamma bassa fino a che si saranno ammorbidite. Con l\u2019aiuto di un minipimer frullatele fino a ottenere una consistenza omogenea e schiacciatele con l\u2019aiuto di un setaccio. <strong>Riversatele in pentola<\/strong> e portate nuovamente a bollore, poi aggiungete <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/xilitolo-350-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"xilitolo (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">xilitolo<\/a><\/strong> a piacere. In una ciotola a parte sciogliete l\u2019amido di mais nell&#8217;acqua e aggiungetelo alla purea di fragole. Continuate a mescolare il tutto fino a ottenere una consistenza densa, poi <strong>rimuovete la pentola dai fornelli<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ora passate alla panna.&nbsp;<strong>Unite il quark e il mascarpone<\/strong>&nbsp;in una ciotola e aggiungete qualche goccia di&nbsp;<strong>Flavor Drops<\/strong>&nbsp;a piacere.&nbsp;Manca poco! Quando i cupcake saranno pronti, scavate un buco al loro interno con l\u2019aiuto di un cucchiaino.
