La ricetta di oggi \u00e8 perfetta per questa situazione. Basta mettere nel frullatore la frutta giusta, le proteine in polvere, il latte e la cannella. Questa combinazione crea <strong>un delizioso smoothie cremoso<\/strong> che ha un sapore molto simile alla torta di carote.
