Per questo dolce senza cottura abbiamo preparato un ripieno a base di mascarpone e formaggio quark, per renderlo pi\u00f9 proteico e meno grasso. La base di avena e olio di cocco conferisce alla cheesecake un profumino davvero squisito. Nel frattempo preparate gli altri strati, iniziando dal ripieno. Montate il mascarpone con <strong>il quark, l\u2019estratto di vaniglia e dolcificate a piacere con <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/flavor-drops-30-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"le gocce Flavor Drops (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">le gocce Flavor Drops<\/a><\/strong>.<strong> <\/strong>Dopodich\u00e9 passate alla glassa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuocete le fragole surgelate<\/strong> con un po\u2019 d\u2019acqua fino a ottenere una consistenza morbida. Poi usate un minipimer per <strong>frullarle <\/strong>fino a ottenere un composto liscio, <strong>dolcificate con dello<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/sciroppo-d-acero-bio-250-ml-gymbeam.html\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong> <\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/sciroppo-d-acero-bio-250-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"sciroppo d\u2019acero (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">sciroppo d\u2019acero<\/a><\/strong> e riposizionate la pentola sui fornelli per proseguire con la cottura. Raggiunto il bollore, aggiungete <strong>l\u2019amido di mais<\/strong> e l\u2019acqua. Mescolate e cuocete fino a che il composto si sar\u00e0 addensato. Poi rimuovete la pentola dai fornelli e lasciate che la glassa si raffreddi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopo aver preparato i tre strati potete procedere all\u2019assemblaggio.
