Predvsem so u\u010dinkovite snovi <strong>katehin<\/strong>, ki jih vsebuje zeleni \u010daj. Razlika med njima je v na\u010dinu priprave. To je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>nefermentiran zeleni \u010daj<\/strong>, ki se proizvaja s su\u0161enjem in parjenjem sve\u017eih listov, da se deaktivirajo encimi, imenovani polifenoli. S tem prepre\u010dimo oksidacijo in fermentacijo nekaterih klju\u010dnih spojin v \u010daju, ki imajo pozitivne u\u010dinke na zdravje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>fermentiran \u010drni \u010daj<\/strong>, ki pred su\u0161enjem in parjenjem preide skozi celotno fazo fermentacije. Natan\u010dneje, njihova najbolj raz\u0161irjena skupina so <strong>flavenoidne spojine<\/strong>. Obstaja ve\u010d vrst flavenoidov, vendar je v zelenem \u010daju predvsem <strong>visoka koncentracija katehinov<\/strong>. Vsebuje <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/kofein\">kofein<\/a>, teanin, vitamine (C, B2, E), beta karoten, folno kislino, saponine, gama-aminomasleno kislino GABA, minerale, kot so kalij, kalcij, fosfor, mangan in klorofil<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4]<\/span> Prisotnost kofeina v zelenem \u010daju je odvisna od proizvajalca. Vendar je <strong>koli\u010dina kofeina manj\u0161a kot v kavi<\/strong>. Je mo\u010dan <strong>antioksidant<\/strong>, ki lahko uspe\u0161no <strong>spodbuja zdravje in odpornost<\/strong> ter slu\u017ei tudi kot preventiva. V eni od raziskav so ugotovili, da so katehini zelenega \u010daja pri dnevnem odmerku <strong>886 mg v 90 dneh povzro\u010dili izgubo telesne te\u017ee za 1,22 kg<\/strong>. Zeleni \u010daj lahko zmanj\u0161a tveganje za sladkorno bolezen tipa 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">Sladkorna bolezen tipa 2 je bolezen, ki povzro\u010da <strong>povi\u0161ano raven sladkorja<\/strong> v krvi zaradi inzulinske rezistence ali nezmo\u017enosti proizvajanja inzulina.
