Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie je to pri vst\u00e1van\u00ed po dlhom le\u017ean\u00ed \u010di seden\u00ed, hlb\u0161om drepe, v\u00fdpade, na\u0165ahovan\u00ed krku, zohnut\u00ed ruky alebo zatla\u010den\u00ed na chrb\u00e1t. <strong>V\u0161etky k\u013abov\u00e9 zlo\u017eky sa daj\u00fa do pohybu a pri tom sa m\u00f4\u017ee ozva\u0165 ob\u00e1van\u00e1 mel\u00f3dia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
