La base \u00e8 costituita da <strong>ceci, patate e una tonnellata di verdure.<\/strong> Non mancano micronutrienti e fibre. L&#8217;ottimo gusto naturale di questi ingredienti vi conquister\u00e0 gi\u00e0 al primo assaggio. Inoltre, lo stufato \u00e8 riscaldante e soddisfacente.
