We made some tweaks and prepared the main components in the oven. This way, the amount of fat in this meal is greatly reduced while the overall feel of the dish remains the same, maybe even better, as the natural taste of the ingredients really gets to stand out. Try this recipe with our homemade yogurt dip. If not, let them cook for a little longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In the meantime, while the fish and chips are still cooking,<strong> you can prepare the dip. <\/strong>Finely chop the <strong>garlic and gherkins and mix them with yoghurt. <\/strong>Add&nbsp;<strong>lemon juice, black pepper and <\/strong><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>salt<\/strong><\/a><strong> to taste.&nbsp;<\/strong>Mix everything thoroughly once again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, and that&#8217;s it.
