Non \u00e8 una classica zuppa acquosa, poco saziante: al contrario, \u00e8 un piatto completo e corposo. Contenendo manzo e uova, <strong>fornisce la giusta dose di proteine<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>ed \u00e8 perfetta per chi sta cercando di limitare l\u2019assunzione di carboidrati. Al posto dei noodle classici, noi abbiamo utilizzati i noodle ZERO, che contengono solo 15 g di carboidrati per porzione. Mettete a bollire dell&#8217;acqua per preparare le <strong>uova sode<\/strong>. Il tempo di cottura varia in base alla dimensione delle uova, ma in 10 minuti saranno sicuramente pronte. Se le preferite meno sode, optate per 5-7 minuti. Nel frattempo, <strong>affettate il manzo<\/strong> e mettetelo a bollire nell\u2019altra pentola, fino a che la carne si sar\u00e0 intenerita. Pi\u00f9 le fette sono sottili, pi\u00f9 cuoce velocemente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Riscaldate l\u2019<strong><a aria-label=\"olio (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/olio-extravergine-di-oliva-bio-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">olio<\/a><\/strong> in un\u2019altra padella e aggiungetevi <strong>l\u2019aglio tritato<\/strong>, <strong>un cipollotto affettato e lo zenzero grattugiato. <\/strong>Fate rosolare per 2-\u20603 minuti. Poi versate il <strong>brodo di manzo, aggiungete la salsa di soia e di pesce<\/strong> e fate bollire. Assaggiate la zuppa non appena inizia a bollire. Se \u00e8 troppo salata, aggiungete 200 ml d\u2019acqua.
